World Quests will drop 805-815 stuff and normal dungeons at max level will drop 815, both have chances to upgrade to higher ilvl. I got really luck and ended up with an 850 Relic and 850 Boots from mythics. | ||

If you do well on the Shambler missions and complete a bunch of Suramar world quests as well as all standard questlines. | ||

The most trouble we had was with Helya, not really because of mythic stuff, but just because her model doesn't turn all the way for the breath attack if she's doing an autoattack when the cast starts, so we kept getting caught. That is, until we realized the bottom half of her model does turn. | ||

edit: And just after I write this I go normal dungeon and the first boss drops 835 trinket +socket. Upgrade from 775. Someone just said normal is 815 max, apparently not. Honestly the RNG this expansion is so silly. | ||

Let's be honest, Mythics at 800-810 ilvl are not for the faint of heart. They get pretty easy after that. Did heroics in 770 gear with a pug or two in the group, if you've got 800 then it should be fine. Mythic is harder ofc but just go into it with 25-35 ilvls more than heroic and it'll feel similar edit: And just after I write this I go normal dungeon and the first boss drops 835 trinket +socket. Normal is 805+, heroic is 820+, mythic is 840+ item level cap is 850 right now anything can upgrade any amount of ilvls up to cap, but each +5 ilvls is progressively much less likely - imagine flipping a coin and needing 3 heads in a row to get +10, four heads for +15, five heads for +20, six for +25, ten in a row for +45. Getting full 850's (or even 840's) from normals is TECHNICALLY possible but practically will take you the whole expansion - If you regularly clear mythics you'll have nearly full 840's with a few 850's within weeks. | ||
