Transgendered people think it's kinda singling them out by calling us normal and calling them essentially not normal. So cisgender became a popular term. | ||

The derogatory term I've seen and heard much more is "cis scum". The insult here is that someone is too closeminded to try to see beyond the confines of 1-on-1 heterosexual relationships. Not that they have cis relationships as such. | ||
