There clearly is a problem with reporting hacking, I've personally reported 3-4 blatant master league map hackers (looking through fog, no scouting, army moving perfectly against mine with no information, etc) in the past year only to be matched against them again with a couple weeks of the report. I suspect that just like what happened with Broodwar, the community will need to step up and create hack detecting programs/databases to try and deter it. Convincing Blizzard that they aren't doing enough is a long shot at best. Though it would be nice if you could at least get a response from them when you report someone, like an email stating the replay was reviewed and hacking was confirmed or not, I bet that they get a LOT of false reports and don't have enough people to sort through all of them.

So your goal here is not to have a conversation, but to fling shit and cause shit to be flung?

It's not a problem with reporting, it's that Blizzard choose to ban in "waves", so in many cases it takes quite a few months before they actually get banned.

In over 3000 games, I'd say there are less than 30 that I feel like might have had some kind of hacker. Only about half of those would I say I am almost certain there were hacks being used. The other half are just likely, but luck does happen. We're talking about less than 1% of games I've played, and I've been playing since beta.
That said, I would like to seem them be a little more aggressive with obvious and repeat offenders. Hacking is what ruined the WC3 ladder, and they don't need to come anywhere close to repeating that mistake. Exactly, thank you. We don't need this to spiral out of control, blizzard needs to be more aggo. Ok, but less than 1% of games is not "flooded with hackers." It is a very rare occurrence. You're blowing this way out of proportion because you got hacked once, maybe twice in one week (on a bad string of luck). But it wouldn't hurt to keep a bug in David Kim's ear that we still see hackers every once in a while. Just don't make it out to be much worse than it currently is. LOLLLLLL wow, so say I exaggerated this OP, which I may just fucking have. WHATS THE WORST that could happen if we blow this out of proportion. Blizzard actually changes there stance on cheating, and does more than just batch bans with not a single GM doing jack shit? TL please get real. You need to grow up and learn how to communicate effectively on the internet. You're not helping your case by replying like a 10 year old. The issue you are talking about is real, just much less serious than you claim. Put yourself in Blizzard's shoes. If they see some 10 year old saying "omg lol I got hacked this game is crap its flooded with hackers blizz u suck dooo something nnnowowwww omg dota lol so much better lol" (this is how you sound, btw) are you going to take that person seriously? Are you going to take their problem seriously? Blizzard won't and I wouldn't blame them. Blowing it out of proportion makes you seem like an immature, whiny asshole who is just complaining because he lost; not someone with a real problem that needs to be addressed.
That's fine, let me restate this again, I DO NOT CARE that I lost. In fact I msg'd everyone he has played and told them he is a hacker and to report him, I DO NOT CARE THAT I LOST. IT was a troll game from me, from the very start. I WAS OFFRACING on unranked. Why would I care that I lost. I am dragging this from the bottom of hell to show everyone it is real. You try making a hasty OP then have everyone act like you are the problem. When all i want to do is shove this so hard in blizzards face they cannot look away. You guys are not helping.

You are making so many excuses for your loss that it's hard to believe you when you say you don't care
Why would anyone who's playing for fun, a "troll game" as you put it, go into a game saying fuck you to people who wish you gl hf

No but I WILL not sit idle by while you fucks tell me L2P and you prolly did something wrong. What in the actual fuck does that have to do with tons of readily available free hacks plaguing multiplayer. Tell me that. I would like to know of 1 person who was actually banned from the report feature. And is this all we can do is post on TL and hope blizz batch bans soon? LOL gimme a break.

I understand the banwave mentality (ban all at once, forces hacks to be redone) but the hacks come back up in literally hours of a banwave going through- maybe less. Having a hacking thread on TL is almost masturbatory, but I do believe the community should have some basis of understanding and a point of conversation about the hacks they see going on. There should, however, be an almost vitriol discussion on the B.Net forums about how these issues do not go unnoticed and make the game awful to play at any level when you face it.
