It's just part of the Trump effect, of all the crap going on this matters relatively little. Also the fact that his family is generally seen as more competent (and more progressive, at this point) than he is surely helps. It doesn't matter that someone with vast responsibility in the White House is a know nothing and is financially vulnerable to boot? Nothing you said diminishes the significance of someone like that being a primary decision maker.

Gorsuch and the tax cuts are standard Republican fare, whereas staff indirection and lack of coordination with Congress are standard Trump fare.

Rules only apply to democrats. Because excessive domestic debt will get any normal person’s clearance pulled. Debt to foreign entities is worse. But no harm done yet. That we know of.

So you would've been fine with chelsea Clinton or Obama kids getting top clearance in the white house? Also lmfao at trump highly effective, I guess if the only thing you want is the decay of the rule of law and the weakening of America then hrs quite effective lol

Chelsea was 20 when her father left office and Obama's kids aren't even adults. I understand what you're getting at, and in no way do I think Trump's kids are qualified, but come with something stronger than that.

I meant more along the lines had Hillary won, but I would trust 20 year old Chelsea over ivanka or any of trumps children. I would trust Obama's children over any of trumps. I would probably trust putin's own children if he has any over trumps.

“In the FISA application, you’ll say it was just a footnote, but it was informed to the court where it came from,” Cuomo said. “The president got it wrong I think where he said the FBI didn’t disclose who the clients were. I think he was misreading recent information that Christopher Steele may not have been told who the clients were… but the court knew where it was coming from, it wasn’t the only part of the application, and four different judges approved or extended it — what’s wrong with that set of criteria in terms of surveilling somebody?” Page responded by arguing that FISA court judges are too busy to read footnotes. “Chris, you know, district court judges, who sit on the FISA court… if you look at how busy their schedules are, they are just jammed with information,” he said. “So to have them be stuck with trying to figure out something that’s hidden in a footnote… I mean, it’s like reading hieroglyphics. ” https://thinkprogress.org/carter-page-cnn-schiff-memo-font-size-trump-822a67e5273f/
