He once asked Obama when he will stop "hitting wall street like a pinada"
not sure about spicer's objections. I love billionaires that think Wall Street is over regulated after 2008. They are all to big to fail and way to big to function. He seems like a great guy for goverment.

I can't wait for Baghdad Sean's memoires though

He worked at Neuberger Berman before it was sold to Lehman, then for Goldman Sachs. He has a stake in his own hedge fund company now, which was supposedly being sold to a chinese investor (there's some question about whether that deal will go through due to the crackdown by Chinese govt. on capital leaving the country). everyone assumed he'd be getting a high profile job in the Trump admin. since he was a big contributor. So he is an incompetent guy with conflicts of interest, but that doesn't explain why he is the guy that Spicer really couldn't deal with, the Trump admin has a lot of these people. I could very understandably see Spicer (someone who's spent his whole career in communications) refusing to a report to someone with no communications experience. In addition, it wouldn't surprise me if this is a "straw that broke the camel's back" scenario as opposed to the singular cause of Spicer's resignation. The WH has been considering dismissing Spicer for months, and I imagine he's been treated very poorly over there.
Reince Preibus has had problems with Scaramucci as well, so it's also possible Scaramucci's just from the Trump/Bannon personality mold that nobody wants to work with.
I'm not that familiar with Scaramucci myself, so I can't comment too much there.

Remember when Trump wouldn't bring Spicer to see the Pope?
Edit: Oh I bet Bannon has no love for a wall street hedge fund manager that like loves free trade.

Word is Priebus and (maybe) Bannon are furious about this. Priebus tried to block this multiple times. Don't be surprised to see him quit next.

It seems the GOP establishment is angry about this because it shows a shift in the balance of power between them and the Trump loyalists in the white house. Trump is surrounding himself with his own people now - it will be interesting how he reacts if and when the fail him.

Another reminder that many people in this thread didn't even believe Russia tried to help Trump. Russia tried to undermine American trust in their institutions. It's very easy to show Clinton was the favorite and everything hurting her election hurt America. Russia's in it for Russia. It's still astounding to me that people I'd otherwise think are rational observers need sinister collusion conspiracies to go one step beyond the simple truth.
I think it's reasonable to say at this point that Russia specifically wanted to help Trump. That's almost just a fact by now.

More then ever Trump will be surrounding himself with yes-men to massage his ego.

Funnily enough he was one himself, the most ridiculous thing about this administration is the constant schizophrenia

Bannon is all about destroying goverment and some light racism. He isn't into promoting racism himself, but removing those pesky barriers that prevent discrimination.

Understandable reasons, horrible/dangerous ideas coming from it.

I like how his master plan to stop it is to empower the party that is least likely to slap around Wall Street and most likely to let them do it again.
Edit: Also constant internal turmoil is emblematic authoritarian/corrupt governments. The leader can never be held accountable because he received bad advice from his staff.
2015 ya all.

It is accelerating much faster than I thought it would. He's lost two people in the last 24 hours and kasowitz is no longer doing Russia stuff for him

It's also hard to have people respect you as a leader when you never take responsibility for anything that happens but do take responsibility for things others have done.
