I find it hard to believe that the bar for obstruction of justice is higher than this. criminal convictions tend to be a lot harder to get than most people think; imho that's part of the point of a 12-person jury; making sure it gets past the threshold for all of them; otherwise individual people are too quick to conclude someone's guilty. also, partisan blinders make it easy for people to doubt/reinterpret those points enough to fudge the issue. | ||
