This convention isn't about Trump, is about legitimatizing Clinton. They know they have no ideas worth talking about, so its just a rally about hating the opposition.

I've criticized Hillary plenty for doing too little to promote herself in the face of a questionable reputation and instead making herself only the "Not Trump" choice. I'll levy the same criticism against the RNC today.

Even if I don't agree with a lot of what he said, it is not a bad speech at all, wonder if Trump is going to regret not picking him. It was most likely the last moment of glory of his career.

Nobody likes Trump, why would you make it about him?
Should only do that if he plans on changing his lifelong public image.
Edit: Unless you can humanize him, like his family manages to.

Tiffany Trump did a solid job I think. Didn't make anything worse afaik.

We just went from too little nose to way too much nose.

This is a nice story, but I sort of assumed that fathers call their daughters when close friend die. But whatever, I guess this is the show.

Say what you want about Trump, but he has done an admirable job raising his children.

Well he said he avoided the kid matters and left them to the wife, but I agree, all of his children are wonderful.

He has, the real question his : does giving a child the best education in the word counterbalance the fact that you named him Junior.

Donald Jr. is giving a good speech imo. I'm looking forward to tomorrow with Cruz and Rubio.

This learning from blue collar workers is good stuff- D10 bulldozers and the like. Good images for Republican rhetoric.
edit. Screw nepotism, I think Donald Jr would be a better VP than Pence
