Again I'm your standard "sinful and fantasizing" guy but I'm just saying it's not as totally without base as you are making it out to be. Edit: to clarify, personally I don't necessarily have a problem with people thinking it's wrong and you shouldn't do it, that's their prerogative. But you just can't make laws to force other people to your personal views. I mean it's same as gay marriage and other purely social issues. I really just think it's none of the governments business. Ofc ironically liberals also do this in other ways and they think it's fine for them to do it on their pet issues. Like most things both sides are retarded.

Which is definitely a biblical sin. There is modern literature that basically postulates if you could masturbate with a "pure mind" to relieve sexual tension it would in fact be a good thing but in most cases it has accompanying fantasies that are definitely sinful by biblical terms. Sure, but at least liberals don't claim they want small government and people figure out their own shit. Liberal policies push towards big government that ensures everybody's liberties. Now you can disagree about what liberties should be protected, but the means, according to the left, is clearly through regulation. This anti-dildo stance is particularly retarded not because we just disagree on whether using vibrators is should be forbidden or not, but because Ted Cruz spends most of his time yelling that government is too big and meddlesome. Apparently that only applies when the government is paying for medical bills (or tax collection). It's okay for the government to be meddlesome in the bedroom.

Republican White House hopeful Ted Cruz said on Wednesday he is looking at who he might select as his vice presidential running mate should he become the party's presidential nominee, and that he thinks highly of former rival Marco Rubio. Cruz, a U.S. senator from Texas, appeared on a CNN town hall with his wife, Heidi, and two daughters and showed a more personal side. He trails front-runner Donald Trump in the race to get 1,237 delegates to seal the nomination, but he expressed confidence he can emerge as the winner if he can chip away at Trump's lead and force Republicans to pick their nominee at a contested convention in July. Cruz said he and his team are looking at possible vice presidential running mates. "We're in the process now of looking at a number of different options," said Cruz without mentioning names. Asked about Rubio, Cruz called him an "amazing communicator" who inspired millions across the country in his presidential campaign. "I consider Marco a friend," said Cruz, adding that "anyone would naturally look at Marco" for the No. 2 position on the Republican ticket. Cruz and Rubio, a U.S. senator from Florida, engaged in bitter fights over illegal immigration during the campaign. Rubio was forced from the race after losing the Florida Republican primary on March 15. Cruz said they have now put those differences behind them. The town hall included some exchanges that were aimed at showing what Cruz is like at home. Heidi Cruz said that shortly after they were married, her husband once brought home 100 cans of soup, a haul that was so big she took them back. Asked if he had ever not followed his wife's advice, Cruz said he could not remember any examples, but Heidi Cruz had a ready response for him. "Sometimes you don’t take out the trash when I ask you to," she said. www.reuters.com

"i want a debate" "change ur tone" "lol what tone" proceeds to call clinton unqualified (sanders), murderer (sarandon) and a whore (song) considering bill and hillary were responsible for getting his sister in law out of a north korean labor camp. maybe he just really dislikes his in laws. wonder if lisa ling made him sleep on the couch though

While I ultimately agree, this verizon thing is pretty cut and dry. Profits skyrocketing and benefits decreasing? Absolutely not. That's bullshit. Bernie going ham on Verizon is such a welcome change. Imo, it highlights a key difference for me here. It would be improper for Clinton to do that, even if she agrees. I see the Sanders campaign as a statement that it makes no sense to pretend there aren't massive issues.

Paying a living wage is communism, protestors are unwashed layabouts, unions are the devil's anus. You know the drill.

as far as verizon and the wire workers, it is monopoly vs union. a protest may highlight verizon unpopularity but effective change would involve more than giving these workers a bigger raise. it is a basic decline in wired service that is leading to some cuts labor cost is pretty big as far as infrastructure underbuild goes.

Mobile traffic has a lot of requirements for infrastructure as well. Especially since it is being upgraded pretty often (10 year cycle) and thus some places can't just strap a new transmitter/receiver on a tower and be done with it. Not to the same degree as a wired service, on that I can agree though. The constant climb in traffic volume also means infrastructure for it is a constant upgrade cycle. On top of that you have repairs and replacements. I can agree on a decline on the sellers/people setting things up at home though since the basic package is so easy to get working if no new wiring is needed.

there was a nyt piece on it and it claimed a median salary and benefits of 130000 which is pretty decent for a slow growth area

And I can't really feel bad for them if their wired division is shrinking when the US internet is so garbage. My home town has no high speed internet. None. You have to get satellite garbage. This is the same Verizon that still tries to charge us for any paper copy of bill, which is 100% not allowed in my state. No reason to side with any national telecom in the US. They will bitch about this today and then push to have a law passed tomorrow banning cities from providing their own internet service tomorrow.
