Yeah that link showed that he won a lawsuit vs Miss USA contestant Sheena Monnin and have never went forward with actually suing Lawrence O'Donnell for saying that he is worth less.
For all of you think that Trump will lose on account of debate performances this fall, let me remind you of the following name: George W. Bush.
And let's not forget how little of Trump's actual platform that we know about right now. When it comes to Trump, there are only three things that I'm fairly certain of:
1) He's going to build his wall and shut down illegal immigration. 2) He's a throwback to pre-WW2 American isolationism. 3) He's a protectionist in the mold of pre-WW2 republicans.
Beyond these three core issues, Trump is basically an enigma. For example, and reading between the lines, I think that he's in favor of a single payer / Medicare for all type of reform to healthcare, but I don't really know. In short, Trump has a lot of room to maneuver to create a platform during the general election that best counters Hillary.
And regardless of whether Trump wins the general, the damage has already been done to the neocon arm of the Republican Party.

So? I don't get it... is that funny? Did Trumps grandfather change his name because of Mein Kampf? A Nazi joke?
edit: I watched that video till Oliver used Politifact as a source un-ironically around the 3-4min mark and just laughed and went to do something else.

I like how you took the one case he won as evidence that he isn’t’ the biggest looser when it comes to lawsuits. He settles lawsuits all the time, despite is claim. He loses more than he wins, not matter what he claims. And he threatens to sue all the time, but backs down when it becomes clear that the legal defense would be robust.

Its because he attacked Jon Stewart for changing his name saying he should be proud of his heritage (then lied about doing it). Oliver just did the same thing as a joke because one of Trumps ancestors changed their name.

he made fun of Jon Stewart for changing his last name and said he should be proud of his heritage. It's a joke based on telling someone to not change their last name even if you hated your father (for whatever reason) and having someone in your family who did the same thing.
While tomorrow won't be the last nail in the coffin, Rubio is probably toast unless he pulls a surprise win somewhere. His best chance is Oklahoma, which is to say he doesn't have much chance at all.
Meanwhile Cruz is going to beat Trump in Texas and pick up a disproportionate number of the state's delegates while he's at it. As a result he'll not only have notched up the only wins against Trump, but he'll have a significant delegate lead on Rubio. With Rubio's polling in Florida abysmal, there's going to be a lot of questions in the news about his chances, with all signs pointing to "Nope".

Distrust of government isn't really an articulable policy. Maybe Trump will be a great champion of federalism (such as with his education reform proposals), but I'm not counting on it. And yeah, he'll definitely want to do something to taxes -- particularly corporate taxes.

if you cut the amount of tax he wants to cut then he has to cut government too.

Ok, so a quick Google search shows his grandfather was called Frederic Drumpf, but another source says the family name changed in the 17th century. People changed family names all the time in the 17th century, hell, my family name changed three times in the last 300 years because brothers couldn't get along or just wanted to name their family after themselves.
So Drumpf is a slur or something? Whats the end-game here? It's a surname which takes longer to pronounce than Trump.
Inb4 Trump pulls a Julius Ceaser while in office saying he is president for life and no one stops him until a senator (probably Cruz) stabs him on the senate floor.

It's John Oliver's way of dispelling the reputation of the name Trump to something more ridiculous sounding like Drumpf.

you're completely missing the point
noone is (seriously) saying Drumpf is a stupid name or at least that's not the intention although people are making fun of it. People are saying you should not shit on other people for changing their last name when someone in your family did that as well. Especially when you put your name in giant letters on big buildings. Therefore people are calling him Drumpf to remind him that the same thing happened in his family and he should not shit on other people for that.
and yes, the above: It's a joke based on this ridiculousness from a comedian. Don't take it too serious.

As much as I'd love to see Trump dismantle large portions of the federal government, I'm not holding my breath in expectation that he'll actually do so if elected.

Still not providing any proofs I see.
the link you just read has 1 he "won" and the other ones he either lost, didn't do or settled (which he claims he never does because he always wins)
The very first example
In January 2006, Trump filed a $5 billion lawsuit against author Timothy O'Brien and his publisher for understating Trump's wealth. In his book Trump Nation, O'Brien reported that three people close to Trump had estimated his worth at between $150 and $250 million. Trump, who said he had told O'Brien that he was worth between $4 billion and $6 billion, claimed that O'Brien's low estimate had hurt his reputation and cost him specific business deals. Trump's suit was dismissed in July 2009, and his subsequent appeal failed in September 2011.
