What is the argument again that the government funding PP is in violation of the establishment clause? Not sure I follow the logic there if that is what you are saying. For the sake of argument lets say the government does fund something that goes against peoples religious beliefs; if that is the case that doesn't mean the establishment clause has been violated. | ||
