New hots unit idea for mech

I was just thinking how stupid the warhound is and I felt that for mech should something between the hellion and siege that could complete the mech army.

Imagine a mid sized vehicle that is kinda like a mini siege tank when it sieges it creates some kind of forcefield that reduces air dmg somewhat significantly, hence allowing thors to be more effective. They would have a faster speed but still require sieging.

The field would be similar to the guardian of sentry but only applies for air units.
You must siege the unit like the siege tank for it to take into effect. Of cource just my sense tells me it should be faster moving than the tank and siege and unsiege slightly faster also.

Also pls give us neutral depoes and cross/fixed positions in ladder maps for next season tyty!

Two units that siege would lead to less mobility -- which I think is what we're trying to avoid with Mech in HoTS.

Just give me a fucking tank with 50 cannons that moves slow and one shots destructible rocks. Also bonus points if it poops creep.

So it's defense only? No attack? I think mech just needs another way to shoot up besides a thor.

I think the best unit for mech is the remove or remake of the immortal. It has been pointed out so many times before that the addition of warhound only serves 2 purposes:

1) direct counter to the immortal, which hard counters full mech style builds
2) A-move

unless the warhound's role of being an A-move unit is exactly what blizzard intended, then HOTS might as well be called dance-our-deathball-around-the-map-and-bang-them-together.
