I think their defense is a much bigger problem. And it starts with Ibaka.

I think its safe to say that the defense for both teams is their biggest weakness. Its just not natural to see so many runs this deep in the playoffs.

I don't remember who said it but I heard someone commenting that the Spurs defense is pretty good, of course not great, but they play great defense when they need to, for short spurts, like the last game in the 4th qtr. They've had to change the way they play this year compared to defensive centric runs the last few years.

Well, their offense is pretty slick, probably the best in the league from a team perspective, its only by comparison that their defense is weak. They are still a top 10 defensive team.

I mean the ECF is just a race to 90 points and to see how many times Boston can turn it over. Oh and how many calls Miami gets.

Hey boston only had 7 turnovers in game 2 but you right about the rest.

Every screen or Pick that San Antonio sets, he doesn't hedge enough to push the screener off to help his wings out. So Westbrook is stuck running around a big body with no support and TP is getting free.

His 1 on 1 defense also leaves a lot to be desired, but he isn't Blake Griffin level.

Yea SA's defense is of course not complete shit, but it's good enough for them to stay alive even if their offense completely dies.

Funniest thing about OKC fouling splitter: They were down by double digits, but didn't trade baskets correctly. Even if Splitter was getting only 1 pt per FT trip they were probably better off launching quick 3s or drawing fouls repeatedly.

Of course, neither happened enough and they ended up using too much clock overall.

SA has been a team of spurts forever.

Just so you know Miami gave Boston more fouls than Boston gave Miami.

Miami - 21 fouls given
Boston - 19 fouls given

Pretty sure Miami is playing more legitly. Look up your stats before you run your fingers on the keys lol.

Spurs-->Spurts :D

92 points heading into the 4th is really pretty scary though. Spurs really making a statement with these (presumed) wins, especially today's clinic. Would be pretty epic to see some massive godly run by the Thunder but it really doesn't look like it's going to come today, if at all.

Don't even try to go at justinpal with any officiating that regards Miami Heat. It's useless And we are bias ofc so.

Eh, I'm not so sure but that's just based on stat-checking, tuning in now. 10 point difference, let's see if OKC can make something happen. I'd like to see a series in which OKC/SA tire each other out at least a bit to make things easier for Heat, provided we advance >__<

There goes their momentum, I'm kind of rooting for OKC because I want to see an OT game and/or the Spurs streak broken >:D

Yes, because 98-101 is such a blow out.

I have a sneaking feeling he is referring to the 4 Ts that got called and not the overall amount of fouls.

Wow...can't believe it's actually happening. OKC getting the line consistently with this small lineup and FINALLY trying to ball screen San Antonio to death.
