Actually it's a good question. Since the concept of "cold" derives simply from the absence of energy (or heat) and the fahrenheit/celcius scales always produce some measurable degree of heat, this person's question could easily be answered, if I knew more about this!

In the Swedish newspapers you can read about how the rape crimes is alot more common these days.. more then 12% of the total rape is the "attack" type of crime. Like a girl walking home and five guys attack her.. 60% is committed in the safety of our homes (that sounds like bs but w/e)
Swedish law is sort of lame since we believe in the good in humanity. 2-4 years in jail is like the maximum time (Never really seen 4 years though)

Dont be retarded. I burn for this subject but since a long time i've stopped with the hatred method and joked about it instead.. The question is, if you dont se the negative sides about it other then the jail time.. Imo then it would be worth it
