12 winners of their groups will go to the 2nd round and battle with each other for 6 spots. Top 4 in amateur will join them along Xellos and Midas. So, 12 players will play for 3 quotes.

its basically like this
there were 12 groups in the pro gamer tournament
the players have been whittled down to a last remaining 12 (the winners of each group)
there will be one more elimination round featuring all 12 of these players playing one more match (thats 6 players left for those of you who had trouble in school)

I told you that +4 PLAYERS ARE SELECTED BY ORGAS/SPONSORS (i don't know who are they)
they just select players, they want and put them to national final... quite understandable?
