My name is Chris, and I am 20 years old.
I am half swedish, a quarter english, and a quarter american. I was born in Stockholm, I left stockholm about 4 days after my birth to move to Den Haag Or The Hague in the Netherlands. After that I moved to Munich in Germany, where I lived for about 8 years. My parents got divorced when I was 6. I then moved to Sweden in at town called Skanör&Falsterbo outside of Malmö, where I lived for 3 years, until moving back to Germany to Munich to my Dad. I went on to live 4 more years in Munich. I then moved back to my moms place, lived at home for a year. I the went to a boarding school in Sweden, One of three "proper traditional boarding schools" which was probably the best thing i've done. I studied economics at highschool. I then graduated, 10 days after i graduated I was sent to the army, where I did my miltairy service for 10(12) months.

i'm a lazy bastard. i like sitting on my ass for hours on end. sadly i get pretty violent when i am drunk. did i say i like sitting on my ass? i aced the swedish equivalent of the SAT test ( i think 0.1 % of the population fit in to that group ) but studies is not for me i have realised. i have studied both law and journalism at prestigous universities only to quit. mostly because i am a lazy bastard. for example only 30 out of a few thousand aplicants gets admitted each year to the journalism program i went to. the screening process involved separate tests to weed out lesser talents. i got in only to leave after half a year because it bored me. i guess something is wrong with me. currently playing poker for a living, but i am starting to hate these fucking grinding sessions more and more. poker players in general disgust me. false and greedy people only looking to fill their own pockets on others expense. so in a sense i hate myself i guess. i dream about going on a tilting spree and pissing every thing away so i'll be forced to do something else with my life. if you are lucky you will be there when it happens. i am living together with my girlfriend right now. we have been together for 5 years and she is the light in my life. she is the total oposite to me; hard working, ambitious and empathic. in that aspect of life i am a blessed man.
oh, and i am quite the bw noob.

Hi all, I'm Ben and I am (wait for it)... 29 years old.
I was born in Berkeley and grew up in a small town in northern California, got my bachelor's in Oregon in 1997 and moved out to the east coast for grad school. After six years I got my doctorate in physics in 2003. In 2002 my Ph.D. advisor and I and one other student started a company to commercialize some of the things we worked on in the lab (magnetic materials and devices and some things based thereupon). Since graduating I've been working for the same company, which currently has 8 employees. Since 1997 I have lived in Providence, RI.
Outside of work I play basketball and started squash a year ago. I check out movies when I get the chance and play BW / CoH / WoW on and off when I have the time. I haven't listened to any "new music" for a few years because it seems like most of the hip-hop (my music of choice) has been really bad for the past several years. Of course maybe I am just getting old. I live with my girlfriend of 5+ years and my cat. At some point in the near future I'll have to "take the plunge"... A few times a year I get to travel for my work, which is a definite perk. In the past year I got to spend time in Taiwan and Brasil.

Wanderlei Silva and Kazushi Sakuraba baby. Who're your favourite fighters Tien? I've seen UFC 1-24 before giving up on it, but i've seen every PRIDE FC event, and a lot of Bushido (don't like it as much) events. Also, have you seen that new Gracie kid fight?

Matthew, most people call me Binky, even tachers, 19, Arizona born and raised. I'm 6'3, 190.5cm, 175lbs, about 80kg. I am going to community college because I don't know what career path I want. I am thinking about possibly film/theatre/phyics, one of those three, still iffy on that though. I've been playing Starcraft since Christmas '99 and have only been playing competitively for a year and a half now, but I play for fun and not to win still. I play left handed with a right handed mouse. Meaning my mouse is on the left side, but its set up for rightys, my right hand on the keyboard. I've used to play Baseball and Soccer, did that for 8 years for both. I would still be playing but jocks make me mad, and I dont like that, so I stopped (made varsity freshman year for baseball). I don't work, don't need to, don't want to. I love music, and most genres. As long as it can somewhat understand it or it has a catchy beat, i'll listen to it. I used to BMX, then I got a bad concussion and that stopped, had a helmet on too. That was a fun 3 years... I love to go to parties and hang out with friends (like most people). Most of my friends are girls, because I don't get along with guys, for whatever reason. I'm very shy around new people, but deep down I'm the biggest attention whore I know. I am scared of cars. I havn't been in a wreck in my car, God forbid I might kill someone with it (pic of it in profile), but I've almost been hit head on going 55mph, 89 kph, so that scared the crap out of me.

Hi, I'm Felix, born and raised in Munich (hi roCh), the most beautiful city in the world. I'm 20 years old and finished school last year after which i did my military service (9 months) at the german mountain infantry. Since the beginning of july, when my military service ended i just hang out, do some travelling and a lot of sports and wait for october when I'm going to start studying (neuro-)biology hopefully in Munich. It's not sure yet because there's a nationwide selection progress for the biology course and the results aren't given out until semptember. So maybe I'll have to move to another city for the first semester in sebtember. But as I can't change anything about the outcome of the selection procedure anyway I just enjoy the free time I've got left. Gonna go on a trip to Cuba with 4 friends of mine in late august and probably ride over the alps to italy by bike during the next weeks. Which brings me to my hobbies: apart from Broodwar (which i usually play seriously for maybe a month and then take a month off again) i love skiing, biking, inline-skating. I also played football and did Tae-Kwon-Do but stopped when I went to do the military service. Maybe I'll continue to do Tae-Kwon-Do when I'm studying but I'll have to see how much time I'll have then and if I can stay in Munich (I went to the school of the only german grandmaster michael märkl).
Oh i forgot, I'm 1,89m, 82kg (falling since the start of the tour de france ^^) and if you want to see one of the most boring pictures of me I ever had, go here: http://www.audioscrobbler.com/user/bCreative/ I'm letting my hair grow ever since I left the army :D I want to see how I look with long hair. Oh and my beard changes ever 3-4 weeks or so.

My name is Matt, I live in a small hick town in Ohio, USA. I'm 17 years old.
Lately I've been working alot and mostly hanging out with friends. I play water polo for my high school team, and I have to practice and condition often. I have a pretty balanced personality I think, I'm not overly outward, but not very inward either. I'm heterosexual, and I have been in a few relationships since reaching the epic milestone that is puberty. I have three siblings, and two INSANELY religious parents. My parents are complete zealots that try and force bible information down my throat on a daily basis. Oh yeah, barely anything cool happens where I live.

Hi i am kevin.
I live in Southern California (LA), in an area that is mostly populated by Koreans and Chinese (I am chinese myself), so I grew up with a lot of asian influences (aka I'm not as americanized as I should be when living here all my life). My greatest passion is for RPGs, I am a huge CT/FF fan to the point where you can call me a nerd and I'd just sadly agree T_T. I played starcraft a bit but never got good because I was really young, so I tried playing WarCraft 3 and got only a bit of success. If you know my name from these forums, it may be my contribution in the form of pictures (bw-related and others). I also stayed in Korea during 2004 Summer and met a lot of "celebrities". These are the ones I actually spoke a word or more to: Rekrul, Assem, JulyZerg, Nal_rA, Evenstar (War3), Reign (War3), Nangchun (War3), DayFly (War3). I also watched live at the MBC Sejoong Center, the famous Ra vs Goodfriend MSL on Parallel Lines Arbiter Recall game, which is probably my greatest memory ever +_+. If anyone is traveling to korea and might need some help, you can PM me as I know a little bit (although im sure Rek and Leg know muchhhhh more).
As for RL stuff that no one might care about, I am going to be a senior in high school, afterwards I plan on going to UCSD or UCLA to study Business Management.

My name is Steve and I'm a 22 year old from St. Louis, MO. I recently graduated university (last december) with a computer science major and now most of my time is occupied by the "real world." I'm working two jobs: One is a full-time salaried 40 hr/week job and the second is a part time job that gives me a good chunk of extra spending money on the side.
I used to have a bunch of hobbies but right now I seem to have lost sight of them. During the week, I'll generally sit around my apartment with my roomate playing WoW after work. On weekends, it seems all I do is go out and get drunk and some random bar. While it is fun, it does get a bit old doing the same thing over and over again. Also, the heavy, constant drinking has led to some weight gain that has caused my self-confidence to drop, leaving me a bit more shy towards the opposite sex than I was during college.
I'm in the process of attempting to figure out where I have went wrong in my life as of recently and attempt to restructure the things that I'm not happy with or have not matured with my entering of the real world.
The one positive that has come in my life since I graduated is that I rediscovered my love of reading. During college, I did not read a single book for fun throughout the 4 1/2 years I was there. Since I've graduated, I've polished off a good number of them. My goal is to read the books faster than I can buy them off amazon.com or ebay, which I seem to do a lot of.

Ummm... Let's see...
I'm Kyle =D And I have always lived in Sweet Home Alabama ;D I'm 13 going into the 8th grade. I'm like 5'9'' so I guess I'm kinda tall for my age. I've played SC since I was little like 6 maybe, but I always played on Single Player. I started playing competitively these past 2 years and started getting somewhere near decent this year and last.
Here is my picture trail: http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?p=6&uid=3791778& I need to update it, hmmm...
Yeah, and I'm kinda like a popular person kinda guy at my school. I've always made A's with ease and I get the highest average in every class, soooo... =P
I too, like some others, am on summer break, and I will be returning to school on August 8th.
I play basketball, baseball, and soccer.
And no mindcrime, I don't play a fucking banjo.

I don't play starcraft anymore but I'm still a big fan and I can't stop thinking how wonderfull community has built around this game.

Currently I had my last day of work friday and this weekend I entered this little game devloppement contest. Team of 3, 72 hours. Theme: Horror Link : http://www.finalredemption.com/72hourgdc/board/index.php?s=4726d71725f8b8f97c078f406b976754&showforum=11

Hi, my name is Bill, currently living in Waterloo, Ontario. I was born in China in 1987, and lived there until I was eleven. In 1999, my family immigrated to Toronto, Canada, and lived there for about a year, and finally, moved to my current location. I just finished high school a month ago, and will be attending University of Waterloo for Systems Design Engineering.
Next Saturday, I will start my first part-time job, working at Sobeys - a local grocery store. I go cottaging/beach-housing/camping with friends a lot, and attend parties about once every week and get hammered. Just a random piece of information, most of my friends here are Caucasians, whereas in Toronto, most of them were Asians.
I used to be (Grade 9, 10) pretty big into computer games, but now, I would rather chill with friends or workout than sit in front of a computer for a long period of time. I'm pretty big for an Asian I guess, about 180 cm (~5'10), 75 kg (~165 lb). And as you can see, I'm not totally used to the stupid imperial system yet, although it's been six years and I don't think I'll use it over the metric system.
