Also, this talk about becca/chaox is full of double standards/sexism. Yeah, it probably wasn't the smartest thing to do, but if they weren't dating, she's got no obligation. Why are people trying to slut shame and call her a bitch? There's a difference between "this was probably not a good thing to do" and "OMG GIRLS SUCK SEE THEY DO THIS SHIT ALL THE TIME". It's especially terrible in the reddit thread.
From what I understand, they were atleast good friends, and she also knew chaox somewhat of a crush on her. If you're actually friends and know someone has a crush on you you don't make out with others in front of them. I'm much more interested in what happened with hotshot though lol.
What she did was pretty silly. And at least a bit slutty. But she has no obligations to Chaox, if she's that easy that she made out with three dudes and potentially did more than make out with Hotshot then she obviously wasn't interested in Chaox outside of a friendship (that or chaox is clueless in regards to women). I think the biggest issue here is Hotshot being a cheater.

During DreamHack Qualifiers CLG had the #1 seed and was slated to play the #8 seed WHALE. On the other side of the bracket was the #2 seed TSM preparing to play the #7 seed EG. An issue occurred in which there were rumors that EG was going to throw the first game to TSM so that TSM could advance easily and EG would be able to advance as well (the exact rumor was that TSM gave EG Westrice in exchange for a first round bye). Although this rumor was very probably not true Riot decided to change the seeding up due to both this rumor and the fact that EG's Dan Dinh and TSM's Reginald were brothers.
HotshotGG of CLG complained that the new seedings were unfair because while EG was the #7 seed they were probably the 3rd strongest team at the tournament and they didn't find it fair that they'd have to play such a strong team while TSM got an essentially "free ride without EG." The internet was outraged, CLG fans were made at Riot and TSM fans were calling Hotshot and CLG drama queens.
The drama only intensified when EG won the set and CLG complained of lag and demanded a re-match. After consideration Riot gave them a re-match and EG beat CLG to win the series. CLG continued the tournament and managed to qualify for DreamHack by beating Rock Solid (now Dignitas) in a close series.
overt's super pro drama summary: During the qualifiers for IEM Cologne CLG and TSM were set to play in the winner's bracket finals. The winner of that match would advance and be guaranteed a spot at IEM Cologne while the loser would be sent to the loser bracket and would have to battle it out for the spot. During picks/bans the NESL admin declared that for this match they would use a timer on picks/bans to speed the process along. During which time CLG claims they were rushed and mis-picked although jiji asked if they could use the pick they really meant but Xpecial was like, "nope, soz." During TSM's final pick the admin did a count down to random when they reached zero they said they were going to do a random and then Xpecial put Janna, claiming that Chaox had d/c'd and that was the reason for the hold up on their fifth pick.
CLG demanded that they be given their pick or that TSM should have a randomed 5th pick. This lead to TSM and the NESL admin all getting annoyed with each other. Chaox still doesn't reconnect and they agree to just do the match the next day. Afterwards one of the NESL admins says on his Twitter, "Also, ignorant fucks like Chauster need to realize that we're spread out thin and mistakes are inevitable." Another NESL admin declared, "God I hate CLG."
This lead to the aforementioned thread that Chauster posted and the climax of this drama occurred with Chauster posting a picture of his biceps with the famous line, "I don't scare, come at me bro." Forever cementing the "win an argument online by posting a picture of your arm."

And yeah, I realize a lot of people if not most people don't give a fuck about the drama surrounding professional LoL but it's really hilarious/interesting to me. It makes LoL both a competitive game like baseball with the added drama of professional wrestling.

No, v8 sponsors decided to kick him out b/c of his poor attitude from Day 2 IPL to end of IEM, not his in game performance. We just wanted to sub TakashiX or UnstoppableX for IEM b/c he "sucked". We weren't kicking him out of the team when we wanted him sub for IEM, if he could prove himself to be a strong solo laner than either of those 2 after IEM, he would be back in main line up, but he wasn't main line up material for IPL or IEM, then he made a big issue about it and refused to be subbed.

To be fair, the LoL pros spread this shit around more than anyone else. Dramatic things happen, things worth being upset about happen, but they all handle it like High School kids and stream themselves talking about really private shit.

I watched her stream from time to time and you are 100% correct. She also was streaming a bit yesterday, but I didn't feel like tuning in. Only learned about the drama a few hours later.
I have to admit, that I found the stuff to be pretty amusing for some time. I feel a bit sad for Chaox, but I am pretty sure everyone had their hopes crushed by some girl at one point or another. Builds character n stuff. *shrugs*
Though the one thing, that puzzles me a bit is that these guys kinda stream 24/7. They don't only stream LoL, they basically stream their whole life, or rather a large part of it. This is just my opinion, but it sounds just as fun to be a manager. Getting sponsors, trying to get money, or trying to make money while running the team. Plus you can organize practice sessions, trips, tournaments, and imagine the intensity when you watch your team play. But that is assuming everything goes ideally DX

you dont know that, a lot of people get into a scene of any kind thinking they want to take part, when in reality they just loved the scene and want to help in any way. they find they love to manage the teams etc because it takes the pressure off of them to compete while they can still take part in the successes and feel good about helping their passion grow.
from what people are saying it sounds like the lack of a dedicated manager on the team lead to him filling that role. now i dont know if he prefers that or not, probably not in this case but then he should of got his sponsors to arrange a replacement rather than let his performance slide.

you dont know that, a lot of people get into a scene of any kind thinking they want to take part, when in reality they just loved the scene and want to help in any way. they find they love to manage the teams etc because it takes the pressure off of them to compete while they can still take part in the successes and feel good about helping their passion grow.

For the record, that guys video was inspired cause apparently Becca talked shit about him on stream and he wanted her not to talk shit about him anymore. He's been banned for doing wrong on stream before. If you stream and do bad shit on stream it doesn't mean that rioters aren't allowed to use that against you. The thing is hotshot is the poster boy of LoL and he got unbanned in like a day after pming his rioter buddy and riot tried to cover it up as a "mistake ban".

They also made a statement that streamers are hold to higher standards and can be banned for actions on stream, which would have made me just stop streaming, but i guess they make too much money off of it to care about it too much.

Is the Jatt drama worthy of this thread? That whole situation just pissed me off so I never got around to bringing it into this thread and I wasn't sure if it really qualified as "drama" cause CDE and Dignitas didn't seem to give much of a fuck after about ten minutes.
