Well.. since he was on that island for a long time (how long was it? 1 hour?) it seems possible without proper training . And at the beginning he lured some kids to him, so they were easy to attack. And spraying around with an automatic gun surely will hit people. | ||

When a police officer comes along and tells you it's safe you might come out of hiding and get close. I doubt everybody was aware that it was infact a "police officer" responsible for the shootings. | ||
