(which may explain large shockwave destroying windows) and the relative look of the building after the explosion (cant see much if any structural damage). Bomb seems to have emanated from the third floor afaik. | ||

We aren't, but Norway has been kind of sort of been a "target" for terrorism since the muhammad drawing scandal that took place in Denmark, I believe a Norwegian newspaper reprinted the cartoons. | ||
