Too bad i'm forced to do some `buffcraft` because of my carpal tunnel

Besides buffcrafting i also do some jugglecrafting, quite effective against painful wrist!

Yeah you could like do crunches man. That shouldnt be too hard on your wrists

and you could also do like wrist exercises and stuff

essentially when you lose hurt yourself, and when you lose to cheese hurt yourself even more to condition yourself into winning. I could see why hurting yourself when losing to cheese could work lol.

I used to keep a 20 pound dumbbell next to me when I played cs. It was great for the rounds that ended a little too quickly.

Well this might hurt your muscles if you don't warm up before hand so just a warning to anyone that does this. Really great way to encourage the sc2 community to stay active however.
