Patch 1.3.5 Now Available on PTR -- StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty patch 1.3.5 is currently in development and now available for testing on the PTR. This minor patch contains several minor interface changes as well as a sneak preview of Season 3 ladder maps.

Doesn't say so. And changing the maps and balance in one patch would make it hard to tell if a new imbalance was caused by the balance changes or the new maps, so I doubt it.

I'm guessing that maybe they won't have redundant supply numbers any more when you show the player names in replays

The patch is only a change to the smallest number so probably no balance changes.

The ptr details page doesnt seem to be up yet, wonder if there are any balance changes or this is just for the maps.
