I spend about 7 hours a week on average going out. Thats probably less time than you spend playing video games. Please explain how with this additional 7 hours a week, what is it that you have accomplished in life that is so amazing that you can not balance with another hobby.

IOIs dont mean shit. The only thing that matters is COMPLIANCE. Lot of girls will give IOIs because they give that to everyone and they love giving it to get attention. I met this girl was giving me mad IOls at Blizzcon, she was the HR manager for Blizzard. I thought it was on, boy was I wrong. I could not get any compliance from her, not even to stop and keep talking.
Test her with compliance test man. Be like, come here, do this, do that. Easy stupid shit. Tell her to give you a neck massage and see if she does it.

Yea, Actually around december last year everyone did some E, she gave me the crushed pill she had in her purse to snort. Later I sat on the floor in front of the couch and assumed a massage and she started to give me one. We kinda bonded a little but we were high and then I had all this drama to deal with and she was off in the other room crying about something. I think I might have blown a chance there.

Basically if you are stuck do one of the three things.
1. Compliance test.
2. Qualify - "Tell her why you like her"
3. Escalate

I don't have problems meeting and talking to chicks and even hooking up. This kinda stuff is pretty specific though, and seems really like a different situation. Because you will never have the 'crush on you for a long time' thing come up to new people you meet.
I'm actually seeing a girl now, but she seems like she doesn't want to commit or has some other shit going on so I dunno if I wanna waste my time trying to make it work. Did that for 4 years, I've been back out on the prowl since like March.

If we are going to talk about the authentic IOIs. Used this algorithm:
If she is doing the following before you talk to her:
1. acting cold: then you probably got her interested
2. friendly: game harder and make sure that she is speaking more than you
If she is an employee: use qualifications and get personal, act uninterested once in a while. If she still follow you after acting aloof, then you probably got her
Bottom line: if she follows your lead, then you doing it right.

Learning social skills is a huge part of life dude, some of us are gifted some of us have to give it time like a hobby. How is he throwing his soul away buy investing time learning to pick up and make women genuinely interested in him? Guaranteed he is going to find a girlfriend a lot more awsome than someone that has no idea what he's doing and just picks up the scraps.

I've been practicing my game lately usually to scared to go for the HB9-10s so i've been hitting up the 6-8s range, Thats gonna change once I get myself back into decent shape and I can see my six-pack.

While I personally fully agree with your last line, I'll just say people have different hobbies :S. If for some people sexual attraction is the primary goal, so be it.
I have a gf who's as terribly busy as me, and given she lives with a bunch of people, and I live with a bunch of people, and that we barely have free time are are in univ., so time together is rather uncommon lately. Pickup is an investment. Its like working out, staying healthy, or going to school. Rewards pay off later. PLUS. Its fun as hell. I'm already past the pain period. Its not like the rewards come at once at the end of a 5 year journey. It comes in increments so its fun and it keeps u motivated. You might not get laid the first month but hey...even a good conversation with a girl can be a great feeling.

Nah, pickup can make you weird if you start too young. Just focus on making a lot of friends, and build up a social circle.
If you aren't super cool, try and find a talent, skill, or bring something that is of value that people want you around. For example, if you are a great photographer, or you are an amazing DJ, or you get free shit somewhere, it will naturally have people want to be around you. The key is to have friends who already got game and it is amazing how the people you surround yourself with will boost you up.
Learning game is a long process, have patience. Dont force it upon people to teach you. Just be chill, and people will gladly show you. Always be giving value and not try to take it from people. People will want to hang out with you.

Yeah I was gonna say, this is really more of a life-change. The haters want to make it seem like it's a temporary/diet kind of thing, but that's just not the case and definitely the wrong frame of mind.
