Currently it has to be Nestea.
But Stephano is a serious challenger, he won 4 out of the 5 last events he has participated in, and has not lost a single serie agaist a foreigner.
Nestea could loose his title at the blizzard cup.

As much as I dislike IdrA. You can't deny the fact that he is rising like crazy. IdrA is getting better everyday. I actually do think he's up there with the Koreans.

Idra is known by koreans, GSL'ers, people who watched beta and pretty much any other non korean tourney
Idra is known for his "controversial personality" above all else. I guarantee anyone who cares about starcraft knows nestea and mvp (best players). Not knowing them is like not knowing who michael jordan is when you follow basketball.
