The crown belongs to the one and only IdrA. He who refuses the tempting call of the Void, the mindless masses. The Gracken is worthy of the throne and in his reign we shall find the strength to continue beeing greedy defensive tumor spreading muta microing powerhouses of ling runbys and infestor shutdowns. All hail to Greg, long live the King of Blades.

At the Moment there is no Zerg King, but IF EGIdrA gets his stuff together he will be the future!

I pity those that voted for Idra, ignore reality much? A king does not whine. He rules. This is a poll for someone currently worth of the title. Idra is no where near that level right now.

Nestea is the most consistent and doesn't get caught over droning normally. I would then go with Losira or Idra next. Both play a little more risky than Nestea.

Dimaga when he's on is the best of all, but when he's not on its like is this guy even pro?

I'd say its empty.
My Zergking would need to be revolutionizing Zerg play. Not many did new stuff.
For me Spanishiwa is at least a prince, due to his creative play. He showcases, that it is possible to be new and fresh!

CatZ! He is not only a great player who gives awesome games, he's also a pretty funny guy.

"Idra is probably the most overhyped player in all of starcraft, both one and two. He has rarely posted results in a competitive setting anywhere. Even back in BW, he was in Korea for such a long time, both living and practicing with the best, but still barely ever placed in foreign tournaments."

You realize that Idra basically won every single foreign tournament he entered in 2009? At the end of his SC career he was more or less considered the best player who was not in Korea, that was why the loss to Nony was so shocking.

I would say there are 2 zerg kings. One in Korea and one in the foreigner scene.

The zerg king in Korea would be Nestea because of his consistency. Despite not doing so great recently, he is never caught over droning and always knows what to do in a situation. He stays calm and examines the situation. In addition, he never does too much at once.A good challenger to Nestea would be Losira. He has shown very strong zerg play as of late. Although his game during GSL CodeS first round where he lost, he did kind of act like his minerals were going to last forever which was definetly not the case.

The foreigner scene would probably be Idra because of his consistency. He is one of the top zerg in grandmaster in the NA server. He is usually consistent in tournaments. DiMaga would be a challenger because of his consistency and his showing at the GSLWC.

One Common theme: Consistency
None shall take if undeserved

I don't know what's this talk about "if IdrA changes his attitude he would be a contender" - seriously what the fuck, Idra's attitude towards the game - despite being a bm sickfuck sometimes (and this is a whole different topic, he won't ever change THAT attitude if that's what you mean ^^) - is really good. You can't be a lot more focused and determined about something than Idra, really.
Just because he left 2-3 games where he might still have had a 1% chance of winning you blame him? Seriously...?

Imo, I would say Idra, its so amazing the way he perfects build orders, the opponent makes one mistake and it puts him behind the rest of the game.

I would watch out for Spanishiwa watching his stream he plays creatively, and in a way casually, but still beats alot of top players.

Certainly not IdrA. The guy is amazing, but still does not show any of the creativity that other big zerg names do. It really depends on the match-up your considering to choose the best!

Nestea and Lorisa. I do not see how anyone could say IdrA, his tournament results are somewhat poor, and he gives up far to easily.

Dimaga would be king of the foreigners, his results and tournament results trump Idra's

NesTea still holds the throne... for now, another bad run in the GSL could change that. Also why is IdrA winning, how is he better then Nestea, he also lost in first round of TSL, he didn't lose group stages of GSL, but quitting is worse.

These are the ones that just drive me nuts, people that STILL think that ALL IdrA does is macro. Have you even seen any of his games in the past month or so?
