Give up pressure. In fact if he DOES throw a few spines, you may want to build a 3rd as quickly as possible (plock down the 2 and 3 Nexi after each other). Remember, the Zerg is spending every single larve on drones, he won't have units for a while. Then enjoy making Colossi out of 3 robos + stalkers. Alternitevly, if you HAVE to be aggressive. Go 2 gate ---> Robo ---> +2 gate ----> Warp Prism and start spamming Zealots + a few stalkers. You won't take out his natural (Spines will stop you) but he can kiss his main goodbye. (Note: Use 1 gaser for this build, Warp Prism is gas-free, so only the Robo + 3-4 stalker(to kill kiting queens) are requiring gas.

As for offensive Queens play - it can be very effective late game with creep spread right to opponent's base, that is not so difficult when you have really a lot of queens. Also Queens still aren't treat as armored (nor light) and don't get additional damage from Stalkers, Immortals, Marauders... So with proper macro/micro late game mass queens strat can be very effective.
