quick summary:
* I increase the demand on alertness in ZvT and PvT due to increased nuke-threat.
* Protoss gets nerfed a bit, but shuttle micro gets much easier! Games wont be determined by random shuttle snipes as much, i.e. less variance and more skill.
* Protoss in early game is slightly nerfed to make it harder for protoss noobs to pwn noobs of other races. Terran can now repair the wall easier.

TERRAN
* increase repair speed by 50%.
* No warning when nuke is being launch, instead triple size of the red dot
* decrease ghost cost to 25 mineral, 50 gas, and build time of 30. (currently it costs 25/75 and build time 50)
* make patrolling marines automatically turn around if attacked by an invisible unit, just like an observer.
ZERG
* decrease adrenaline gland increase of attack speed from 20% to 15%.
PROTOSS
* When shuttle dies, all the content is automatically dropped out alive if the shuttle is over solid ground.
* make scout acceleration instant, and add control corresponding to mutas.
* Increase gateway buildtime from 60 to 70.
* decrease zealot build time from 40 to 38
* increase nexus build time from 120 to 140.
* change nexus health from 750 health and 750 shield to 1000 health and 250 shield.
