Frankly, I'm not sure whether this counts as NSFW or not, and if it's even really appropriate to post. That said, in my opinion, from what I know, this is a ridiculous violation of personal expression, as well as basic human rights. And that means it deserves discussion!
Essentially, some of the more zealous people in charge of ratings and censorship in Australia are refusing publication of mainstream pornography featuring women with A-cup breasts, on the grounds that it encourages child pornography. Legally, they have some basis for this (quoting a linked article):
The National Classification Code dictates that anything that describes or depicts a person who is, or appears to be, a child under 18 (whether the person is engaged in sexual activity or not) in a way that is likely to cause offence to a reasonable adult is Refused Classification.
This still feels completely wrong to me, and a vile application of a poorly worded law.

I can see the reasoning as to why they would do it but wouldn't banning it just cause everyone to go look at it more? I mean once it's banned theres more demand for it so aren't they under their own reasoning supporting child pornography?

Frankly, I think that while they might think they're doing good, they're too clouded by their own sense of justice to realize that what they're doing is massively detrimental to women's rights, and perception of them as a whole, which is rather ironic, frankly. Defend the children and make small boobs seem unnatural and obscene? What? That's hugely damaging to women who DO have small breasts and already might have self-confidence issues stemming from society's view that large breasts are better.

Australia has some problems with censorship, from everything I see. I guess I can see the point they have, to an extent, but if you're going to go that far, they need to ban pigtails and school girl uniforms in porn, because clearly that could possibly imply the girl is underage.
If this passes (or has it already), would that make it illegal for a small breasted, but 18+, woman to show herself in public (might be illegal in some cases anyway) or take a picture of herself nude?
The law is pretty damn retarded, tbh.
