jaedong needs to realize him beating the opponent in the fashion he normally does is humiliating enough without having to resort to flashy random in game ceremonies or weird strategies xD

even tho i'm an OZ fan i can see either person winning it, heck fantasy has momentum, but jaedong is an angry tyrant we'll see

I love watching fantasy in the semifinals. Against ggplay and bisu, he pulled off some amazing strategies and great plays. I really hope he gives us some great games.

Fantasy is now 5-4 against JD and I really think Fantasy is the best Terran out there right now. But somehow... I just cannot see JD losing all 3 big events he was in at the same time. JD went 0-3 against SKT-1 in PL and I cannot help but think he must blame himself for his failure. If he had just won one of those games on day 2 it would have gone to the Super Ace and if he had won that game on day 1 then I think the team would have had much stronger morale. And then last night JD was slaughtered by Calm. This is a JvZ bo5 -- J losing is incomprehensible. But he did.

In the past JD has always bounced back whenever he was under pressure. Tonight will really set the tone for him. If he fails tonight, then people will start thinking he's not the unbeatable machine he was looking like a month ago. Somehow, even though I'm not particularly a JD fan like so many others, it seems too soon for JD to have a collapse.

No matter what, this is disappointing that they aren't on opposite sides of the brackets. Predicting a 3-2 either way, with Jaedong going into a major slump if he loses and fantasy never winning a Starleague again if he loses.

I really think this comes down to jaedong's mental state before the match. If he's gotten enough sleep and shrugged off his recent losses and comes with a clean slate I think he's a pretty sizeable favorite. If he comes in for blood I think he's a huge favorite. If he comes in exhausted and sickly like he did last night... I think he's going to lose. Badly.

Wrong, I think it comes down to Jaedong's mental state during the match. Even if he's tired and groggy in games 1 and 2, he showed in the finals that he can completely turn that around by just changing gears. I think for sure he'll enter with a bad attitude but whether or not that will change after a few games is the key.

Jaedong must be feeling the lowest he has ever felt. You can't help but feel sorry for him - going through blowout after blowout following his crushing 0-3 performance on the proleague stage when everyone was counting on him to pull through.

It's solitary and lonely when you're on the top and everyone is gunning for you, and even though they say there's no shame in losing to the combined skill of the greatest terran mind and the greatest terran mechanics ever, fused into a single entity, you still feel like you've let yourself down.

Fantasy can lose two OSL finals and bounce back every time, because he's part of a team - not just SKT1, but Team Fantasy, a three-man wrecking crew bent on terran dominion. When he wins and loses, it's a shared event. Losing is everyone's fault, and so it becomes no one's fault. Not so for Jaedong. He built himself up alone, basked in the glory of being the best goddamn zerg ever. Every stunning victory adds to his personal glory, but the flip side is that every ruinous defeat subtracts from it. When he loses, he can't help but blame himself.

I don't think he's in any sort of mental state to win this, I don't even think he's got his head in the game enough to beat a B+ terran on Iccup. I think his eventual defeat will throw him into a despair so deep that it will take years for him to emerge.

Jaedong is on tilt, and losing this series will send him spiraling into the path of night.

You can bet I'm staying up to watch.
