Bisu fans: Thinks JD fans are blaming map imbalance for losing the ACE match and also being annoyingly whiny. Also very pumped that their favorite player won.

Jaedong fans: Admits the map had little relevance in the game but is annoyed at Bisu fans who refuse to acknowledge that the map is imbalanced. Annoyed that some people thinks this game proves unanimously who is a better player.

Conclusion? Everything's been said at least 10 times.

Do you know anyone besides Jaedong and maybe Flash who can keep up with Bisu period? Anyone else in the entire Proscene would be an auto-lose. Go ahead and pick: Fantasy, Leta, Effort, ZerO, Stork, Jangbi, all of them would fall before Bisu. OZ was lucky to have Jaedong to put into that match.

Yeah it's true.
For some reason I though HBR was very TvP so i was like why not send out a terran...now I see I'm wrong.

I'm not sure whether it was verified in the post-game replay, but since I was curious I just verified myself that Jaedong did indeed cancel his spire and rebuild it. Spire build time is 75 seconds.

We see JD's spire morphing for the first time at 6:09

And it's still morphing at 7:34

! Did the commentators catch this during the game? It certainly made a difference, because if JD hadn't canceled he surely would have at least been able to save the overlord that Bisu killed in his base at around 7:41 in the VOD.

Do the Korean boards have any theories?

On the third? (or second?) page, some people on the korean boards determined it was a mistake.

Why do you idiots say the maps imba?
The only imbalance on that map is the impossible task Terrans have against Protoss.

I'm just glad we had a Jaedong vs. Bisu ACE match.

That's so cool.

it 100% had to be a mistake. There is no type of timing that could be gained from canceling and rebuilding it. Nothing worth allowing 4 lords to die, instead of just 1 or 2.

I wonder how that happend =(

Which is why Fantasy rolled Bisu 3-0 in series play recently? Or why Stork is Bisu's PvP rival... currently 8-8 and always shows close games with him? :/. Why Flash is 9-6 against Bisu?

Or why Violet beat Bisu in a long management game?

None of the players you listed is close to an auto lose vs Bisu. Bisu is a favorite in some of the matchups but auto lose? Come on. I have a feeling posts like yours are why people get so annoyed with fanboys. It's just so exaggerated.

I would agree except I'm still on the edge with Stork's and Jangbi's current forms. Mostly PvP.

Proof that Jaedong cancelled his spire accidentally.

Bisu is a better than _everybody_ at the moment. Even Jaedong is an auto-loss vs Bisu.
To proof this: Jaedong lost in the ACE match, Bisu is far better.

In all fairness - looking at page 63+ in this thread, blind JD fanboys blaming map imbalance for the loss was exactly what happened and you were pretty damn convinced of it too, with your numerous posts + weak theorycraft trying to back it up

Of course by now it's been well-established that JD made a fatal mistake

Not that the claims of "this proves bisu > JD" are any better - in short this thread is a fanboy trainwreck and somehow I can't stop looking

I already admitted the map played a negligible factor in the game at least three times different threads. What else do you want from me, man.. I was mostly posting to those people who said it was irrelevant and wasn't imbalanced and try using stats instead of actually looking at the map.
