Hoejja did a great job of taking down the dropships and stopping mining at Mind's third.

I felt like that's where Mind started to lose it though. He perfectly countered the burrow ling and the muta, fell for none of the backstabs. He was very far ahead.
From then on, it was just not very good game play from Mind. Hoejja did a good job delaying, for sure, but that's what he needed to get back into the game and take it.

Yea, but the fact that you have to send out someone who's a practice gosu rather than some who's at least been semi-proven in years past (like Pure, Rock, Nada - all bad choices from the way they've been playing) indicates a lack of stability in your team.

Wow, I guess everybody saw Hoejja's pretty horrible error on the replay flying all his scourge PAST all of Mind's vessels.
That was my only complaint about Hoejja that game. Generally (especially there), he wasn't doing such a great job with his scourge. He eventually made up for it with a nice plague and kill, but without that, who knows what would've happened.

Wow, the replay just showed the biggest pro multitasking failure I've eves seen. A flock of scouge like 8-10 of them just flew uncontested over a group of vessels, and then all died to marines somewhere else on the map >_<

It's not like the burrowed lings was an all in strategy, it was just a cute play that didn't help or hurt. Hoejja's muta harass didn't do much, but it also didn't send him that far behind. When I was watching the game I never really saw Mind taking the huge lead everyone else was talking about. In fact I thought some of the posts were jokes that were supposed to be overly biased against Hoejja.

Yea, the ridiculous part of that game to me was that Hoejja took out a lot of Mind's army with defiler-ling. He didn't get out Ultras until the last battle and he spent a lot of the last 10 minutes flanking control groups of mnm with 24 cracklings.

Another good point about Hoejja in that game:
You could tell he was struggling to figure out whether Baby fast-expanded or not, trying to sneak an overlord in each direction and just barely not getting the scouting drone in, so he went for the safe build without putting his third hatchery at a third base and getting 3+ sunken colonies, and he still won fairly easily.

Sair's second drop gets scourged. Roro tries to engage with lurks and swarm, but sair doesn't want to fight under swarm, and leaves. I wonder why.

Roro countering Sair's main with a ton of lurkling. This is bad for sair, many, many lurks in his main.

Sair sends an SCV up to top right in an effort to expand there.
Dropship's on the move but it gets Scourged, only dropping a marine.
Defilers are out and about. Roro manages to pick off a few Marines from under swarm.
Roro sends his main force into Sair's natural to counter. His bunker goes down - there's still a large group of Lurkers and lings in his base.
Sair is forced to send his forces back from across the map.

Defiler gets to sair's main, and gets a swarm up before it dies to irradiate. Min only CC is lifted, and I assume natural CC is to. 2 out of 3 vessels get sniped for sair's main force. Roro in solid control of the game.

God sair has terribad control omg. He is just getting manhandled right here.

Swarms and Lurkers up in Sair's main. Sair decides to ignore it with his large MMT force, but not before losing two Vessels that were under protective fire.
Swarms going up everywhere and Sair's losing bits and pieces of his army.
Ultralisk Cavern going up for Roro.

This is hard to watch, sair deals a lot of damage in a drop then procedes to roll over and die.

Roro is taking top left natural, and also 9:00, but sair forces 9 to cancel. Roro gets a pretty good plague off on sair's army. Sair finally clears out his nat, but is forgetting to land his min only (or he doesn't have the SCV's)

Sair loses half of his standing army because he decides to leave his marines under swarm. Yeah, he lost his army.

Plague goes off on a handful of MMT. Another larger Plague goes off at the expense of Roro's attempted 9 expansion.
Sair's managed to take his base back, but he loses his entire MMT force thanks to Plague.
Sair has tanks protecting his natural, but he has no standing army and there will be Ultralisks out soon.

Looks like roro is just conserving gas at this point, he is making a lot of zerglings.

Sair's main army was eliminated by roro. Roro has an ultra den completed. Sair is getting pushed back into his nat.

Sair has a decent MM force ready to protect his nat and manages to catch Roro's forces out of position.
However, Roro's Defilers manage to place some nicely placed swarms anyway, and Sair loses a lot of his force yet again.
3 Vessels and an MM force moving around the bottom of the map while the rest of Sair's forces are forced to protect against attacks.
Roro has a lot of hatcheries, that's for sure.

I'm pretty sure Roro is about to make a devastating ultra switch right about now. Some minor skirmishes around the map, roro trying to retake 9

Sair seems indecisive about whether or not he wants to attack 11.
About 6 Ultralisks out for Roro, who's also taking the 1 main and gas nat. A drop attempt from Sair is quickly cleaned up by Zerglings. Sair manages to save his Vessel, but the sheer number of Ultraling + Swarm + Plague overwhelms him.
Sair's small standing army is forced to run, while Roro is content to just take the rest of the map from under Sair's nose.

Luxury builds a Hatchery at the south of his base where Roro's less likely to scout.

The Spore colonies are up in time and the Sunken should be as well.
Luxury seems to be pumping a large number of lings after forcing Roro to get an Evolution Chamber and Spores.

Roro morphs a Sunken in his main mineral line, but he has zero way of being able to defend his natural.

His lair wasn't hugely behind, but his spire was. He had stopped mining gas, and tried to do a ling allin, and it didn't work, so he was really behind on gas, in spite of the fact that he had his natural.

Roro went spores because he had gone kinda all in speedlings so he didnt have guys on gas during the whole time he was fighting in Lux's base. And his spire was pretty far behind.

It wasn't a trick... It's what Zerg's have been doing as a way to defend a fast hatchery. Calm did it vs Luxury in STX vs KTF and several other zergs have done it too. It doesn't work vs good ZvZ players.

his only flaw is that he is too over-agressive in some situations, but he has really good macro, and hes often aggressive at the right times. Really impressive micro in a lot of cases too.

I thought SaiR was pretty cool, but those amateurish mistakes are a pretty big deal.
There are a few players who are really cool, who you almost never see. SaiR, HuskaL (Coolest player ever), and Chalrenge.
