I bet Kespa sends some information to teams to remind that next time who ever types "gg" before it will lose game.

How do you define that... It's Kespa, it's OSL, not just some random game between your friends where you can say that the person who was winning won. You can't just decide in every game if they have a chance or not. What if the situation was a bit different, say firefist still had like 10 hydras in his main, although he still was way behind? And then backho GG's first, how do you define if he had a chance or not? Don't you get it -_- You need set rules for these things. how do you define that? by knowing more about the game than you apparently because it was obvious the game was done. that aside, all I said was that the referees should not have let the decision up to firefist because they are basically hoping he will make the hard decision for them. if he chooses to advance he'll be hated, so he will choose for backho to advance and the referees stay without blame. it was weak. they should have made the decision themselves no matter what the end result was going to be. You need set rules for these things. actually these set rules exist for completely different reasons. you obviously haven't grasped the fact that this rule exist for: no bad manner talk (and generally unprofessional comments) between players. and: good manner gg. thats the only reason this exist, not for some guy saying gg before the game ends. it is an unfortunate side effect of this rule being in effect and shouldn't be taken too harshly. you should get worried when players start trashtalking in the chat. I really don't mind backho advancing from a game that he won anyways, but I also wouldn't have mind referees enforcing the rules. in the end it doesn't really matter. p.s. things are not as black & white as youre trying to make it out to be. there are tons of rules in the real world that only exist so that they can be enforced in the targetted situation. all the other situations that also fall under this rule are ignored and tolerated.

Well, I think the consolation is that he won the public opinion battle. He lost fair and square but still got a consolation prize, vs if he advanced unfairly which would've been worse than defeat. In the case where the choice is his, he gets to be the hero of the night for doing the right thing.

In this situation it's easy, but what if it's not so simple but they're still ahead -_-

If referees would have chosen firefist to win and never talked to players there would never been talk about how badmannered Backho or firefist was. All the blame would be directed to referees and rules. I blame Kespa making poor decisions (not saying their decision wasn't bad for fans).
