He's always been like that though. Maybe this will be the time His late game mechanics are always great but he fails to gain enough advantage against the best players in the early + midgame.

I think its a huge mistake to over commit to attacking for shuttle. He can deflect then fake an attack...then pull back and take bases.

That was a great burrow but didn't it use to be pretty standard to get burrow Hydras back when it was more popular to go sair/reaver circa 2008/2009?
