imo, it's okay to allow chinese players. Korean and Chinese gap became too big compare to the old scene where PJ and LX were there and compete Korean players.
I probably can name only 2 to 3 players. Mihu (T), Zhanhun (P), LX (P)

I would still think chinese can be pretty strong if they have incentive. Keep in mind they are most likely the only nation to have the most double passport citiziens with korea. I would consider them half koreans and obviously have a much better connection and practice partners with all the best players and still have pretty bad lag with the rest of the world. So yea I think reasons should be very obvious.

I'm sorry guys, i have visa problems in mexico to travel to russia.
Yeah.. its sucks.. Mexico is the only latin american country that needs visa to travel to russia.
i'm so dissapointed.
i won't make it to corrupted cup.. it was a dream come true.. now i have to wait to achieve it.
