imo, it's okay to allow chinese players. Korean and Chinese gap became too big compare to the old scene where PJ and LX were there and compete Korean players. I probably can name only 2 to 3 players. Mihu (T), Zhanhun (P), LX (P)

Keep in mind they are most likely the only nation to have the most double passport citiziens with korea. I would consider them half koreans and obviously have a much better connection and practice partners with all the best players and still have pretty bad lag with the rest of the world. So yea I think reasons should be very obvious.

Nvm, Brain said chinese are technically allowed via ladder qualifier.

I'm sorry guys, i have visa problems in mexico to travel to russia.
Yeah.. its sucks.. Mexico is the only latin american country that needs visa to travel to russia.
i'm so dissapointed.
i won't make it to corrupted cup.. it was a dream come true.. now i have to wait to achieve it.
