Considering that we would have had a game if lurker aspect finished a few seconds earlier I think this statement is pretty accurate to be honest.

But that's what happens. Zerg is always down in economy and food count for most of the game untill lategame or if you want a streak of engagements in the middle of the map. You need to establish an economy (3rd and 4th base) and tech to hive while the T pumps out vessels, tanks and mnm, while maybe transitioning to tech. It's really difficult to hold as a Z I think. It wasn't rare to see, not only when Flash dominated, for Terrans to straight up kill Zergs trying to get up their third base by breaking the lurkers of their timing being just a little bit too fast for the Z.

Again, he wanted to skip his lurker tech and changed his mind when he spotted the 5 rax. You can't skip lurkers against 5 rax.
