I think Sea is slightly ahead overall, good expo timing, tech is okay, map control too.

Sea is without question ahead. Just the nature of TvP. Not that it will hold, but for now he is certainly ahead. He basically needs to turtle to a quick 3rd then countering the protoss 3rd/4th.
