I think the reason free kept winning against Mind is that free is a strong defensive player (look at how well he shut down all of the harass in all four games), while Jangbi is a more aggressive player, who tended to throw his army against Mind while Mind took down a base or two in the meantime. It's more of a style counter than anything else, but it certainly made for a very amusing tiebreaker.
