This is still tied to the max rank, right? Thought about MAYBE trying playing some BW again, but not entirely sure. However, my "max rank" was C about five years ago. Last time I played (half a year ago?) I ended up something like 1-3 against chrisolo or something.

This league is somewhat casual, so I might let in a few C's that have been inactive for a while if they are well known TL members like yourself. C within the last year or so, probably not.

I need team signups and captains as well so I know what to expect and can start putting draft group together.

The position of captain will probably be done by committee. rlentless has remained active in BW since we won DRTL, the rest of us have not been. I personally have not touched BW since DRTL5 Finals, outside of 1 game vs BigFan (which was more like a game vs a CPU). Due to our inactivity, and not having touched the game in a long time, I'll leave it to Lmaster to determine which rank each of us counts as. If not enough of us are deemed fit to play in the "D Tier" of this league, we may not be able to play in it at all.
