I think he can do it, just look at the map line-up this MSL season: Sin Peaks Longinus Blitz Arcadia II Sin Peaks No crazy ZvP imbalanced piece of shit maps like The Eye or the first peaks of baekdu. If not a win, I expect a 3:2 series. | ||

its soo balanced.. Protoss users are used to getting the shit beaten outta them and have to do soo many things to try win on normal maps... in this balanced map it all pays off as we just saw! whereas zerg users dont need such strict disipline and that showed as well | ||

The way I called it makes this map the key to victory, but if Savior plays the way he did on the previous map, this is his win. Hopefully ra has a cool build prepared for another cool game instead of a romp a la kingdom. | ||

in the beginning both making few jobs here and there, scared of the other's uppercut then rA landed amazing body blows- i.e. taking out savior's econ and slowing it down with speedy reavers (awesome choice) and taking expos himself and savior taking a lost game and turning it into an elimination fight was also pretty amazing | ||

1) his mind games with rA--> spire, canceling and going muta, then muta again --> fast guard (each of those decisions cost rA something) 2) rA taking his nice-mixed 2/1 army and going all-in on savior's heavily defended nat but as WhatisProtoss said, one big mistake and you lose against savior | ||

First game epic Second Game Decent. Third game rape. 4th game CRAZY rape. It was pretty good and im so looking forward to Savior vs. Nada. No zerg has a winning record against Nada except Savior. (gorush is tied) Nada is unbeatable right now tvz in his shape (acording to 13-0 vs zerg record) and Savior getting better and better and seemingly looks more impossible to beat. Nal_rA was surprised at the fast spawn + gas, so he built two cannons. However, with his probe, he did not see zerglings being produced, and expansions instead. Thus, the canceling of the cannon came into play. Seconds later, Savior mistakenly showed all his zerglings. Nal_rA was surprised and quickly built 2 more cannons, but it was too late. If Savior had killed off the scout probe earlier, then it would have been an even MORE crushing defeat for rA. | ||

Pvz is very hard for protoss. There is no need to refer on subject. With some luck Ra could have won it. He made two errors in two games and he lost the game right there. Maybe Ra should have tryed hardcore zeal rush like Kingdom. But who are we to judge. He did what he thought was the best. But we shouldn`t nor I am trying to discredit Savior. He is one scary monster. Awesome zerg with great micro/macro and strategy. I love him. Savior deserved to take this home. | ||

except in game 1 with the pathing, but he's always 1 step ahead of what the toss is thinking i don't really agree that rA is just a harasser b/c he's played many pvz where he focuses on center fights and does well it's just that savior is hard to beat zvp cuz he throws so many things at you and he forces you into having no options | ||

As far as I can remeber there is no toss player can win a Final vs Z nowadays. Garimto and Grrr won once long long time ago. Terraner wins almost always in Final against Zerg and Toss win always again Terraner in Final. I am not 100% sure, please correct me if I am wrong. | ||

To be honest, I don't think Nal_rA could have missed the 10 or so zerglings chasing his probe and obviously, he should not have canceled his second cannon. Savior killed his scouting probe with those 10 zerglings and then Nal_rA decided to rebuild his second cannon and third cannon. Those initial 10 zerglings are what went past his cannons to his main. | ||

The game on Blitz was absolute rape, the game on Arcadia was (apparently) a misread [either that or a misclick. Seems to me that there's good evidence it was a misread]. However, game 2 wasn't that bad. Savior had to make some good moves to cancel rA's expo multiple times (which I feel was more of a mistake from rA). If he actually bothered defending, game 2 was certainly winnable. And who knows what coulda happened on Arcadia? rA went nex first vs. pool, COULD have stopped the ling rush cold, but Savior had 2 quick expoes, so he wasn't really in poor shape himself (probably still behind, but not by much). It's really impossible to say what would have happened if he didn't cancel. Edit: WTF, Savior's ZvZ is great. It's just that it depends on so many minute things that are sometimes out of the player's control that it's impossible to be absolutely dominating in the MU. So I guess relative to his ZvT and ZvP, his ZvZ is absolutely terrible, but compared to other pros, it's still really good | ||
