If you accepted an invite but figured out you can't play for any reason, please let me know right away. If you can play, but know that you have to forfeit your spot later on in the tournament, please let me know. Again, I want minimal amount of walkovers and we have subs waiting in line.

EDIT : Sorry, I just couldn't resist.... Not gonna say whether or not MVP is going to be allowed to play in Season 3, but I don't think he's the biggest thread for the title this season... Gotta say the favorite is me, obviously... Just kidding, I'd say each respective race has their respective favorites in ![]() ![]() ![]()

Think of some funky strategies we might see that aren't competitively viable on standard maps like FS. If you limit it to just one non-standard map it shouldn't be too hard on the players. You'll never be able to satisfy each and everyone equally anyway. Not the participants, nor the viewers. + Show Spoiler [I'd vote for one of these] + Triathlon Monty Hall SE Neo Chain Reaction Tears Of The Moon Pathfinder Has Toadstone been finalized yet? The last time I played on it, the left bottom base had buggy mineral mining.

Good point, but with your list, and judging by the polls, we'll have one of your determined non-standard map in Neo Chain Reaction. I sort of want to avoid incredibly imbalanced maps such as Tears of the Moon, which I believe was incredibly Zerg favored and Central Plains. Maps like Katrina or Rush Hour 3, where it's favoring one race, but not 100% entirely, are okay. As for Toad Stone, I'm somewhat torn between whether to keep it or just replacing it with Roadkill/ChemLab. As others have said, Toad Stone is very similar to FS with just a few other differences, whereas Roadkill and ChemLab are completely different and offer a new taste.

Based on the poll being 10-1-1 in favor of Toadstone it looks like players/viewers would much rather see Toadstone and FS than no Toadstone. After all we had Match Point and Benzene both in the map pool last time and those two are incredibly similar. You can compensate for map similarity with your map rotation, using only one of them each week in the early rounds of the tournament when you only need 3 or 5 maps.

Sorry about the postponement, I was in a car accident on Friday and although I wasn't hurt, the other party had severe injuries and had to go through the process of insurance and police reports, and today I had to go through estimates and what have you. Again, sorry about the delay, personal events that shouldn't have happened occurred, and I will try to cast again on Sunday morning (for me).
