He was in charge of the old organisation, when WCG first started in Canada. He did good job in the past with much less ressources than what we have now. Now it's a new organisation.

But yeah, XDsFire was one of the most dedicated members of the Starcraft community and a very talented gamer too. He's one of those legends of Starcraft in Canada. Good old times.

By the way, for those who don't know, XDsFire and XDsKiwi formed their own enterprise about 1 year ago in Montreal and now they have around 20 employees and they are doing well and growing.

They are two very very very very very talented Starcraft gamers and ex-gosus in the time XDs was the best team in the world outside Korea.

Really good to hear, they were both very manner guys at the WCG I went to. Canada is really tough because of the large size and limited resources. I take it, spectacular, you are part of the organization now. Keep up the good work

ive met arikin. he is a cool guy. but he just barely beat me in his best matchup (i dont have reps, wish i did) and is in a group with fayth. ZvP is his worst. id love it if he made it out of his group becuase he is a really cool guy and i love his style. but i know he wont win.

Their company sells stuff via Internet. They can do a lot of money that way because they don't have to pay for a shop. They just need to exhibit on the web what they sell online -- take pictures, wrap it up and send it to the customer. This kind of thing is growing popular in Canada. Thx Mani

Well, I honestly hope I get to Italy. I think it will be a sad Canadian showing if I mess this WCG up because no other Canadian will get out of their groups.

Don't flame me for this.
Personally, I -> CAN <- see me beating oov PvT, even in a BO3. But I can't see any of the other Canadians touching a korean. Let alone getting out of their groups. Lord knows the odds are against me, because well.. he's fucking oov. lol. But I actually think in well, perhaps that matchup alone I can be threatening to him. But lord knows, he's oov... T_T.

Yes, I said I -> can <- beat oov in a bo3. More likely i'll be steamrolled though.

Testie how could you possibly not get to Italy? Im sure you have beaten all these ppl in the great canadian challenge thing and probably lots of other times

I believe you can beat oov ,like you said he is OOv but I think top foreigners (Mondragon,Testie,Androide[+top russians],Fisheye,Blackman,Draco) are seriously underated when competing vs koreans

they arent underrated. The guys u named + testie are exatcly the gamers who actually have the little chance of beating some good gamers and are exactly the guys who always do good at important tournaments ( at least fish,mondi,testie,androide .. ).

But lets see .. im just looking forward to this wcg and want to see some cool games =D

Neways, Smuft is not going to attend WCG Canada or if so, Stephan isn't even aware of it, and as far as i know he's the main organizator of WCG Canada. Also i wish good luck to all participants, hoping to place top 2 again, last year with nick at singapore was great! Italy would be somewhat cool
