 Just to clarify, first there's a group stage where you need to win 2-0 or 2-1 to make it through. (Presumably format is A vs B, C vs D, and winners and losers match, and final match?) Whomever wins 2-0 gets seeded to Ro8 regardless or Ro16 performance. Then Round of 16 is played, and that's where I get confused. Would love for an example explanation. | ||

The tournament is single in elimination. Round of 32 and 16: 8 Groups of 4 Only one player advances. Each group is just a bracket of 4 players. Round of 8 Round of 32 group winners (eight of them) then drawn into a bracket. | ||

C rank doesn't mean anything today... there's no players on iccup, so like, at the beginning, C+/B- is the max rank. I saw RMust (LancerX) with 39-40 at C rank. :facepalm: If you get to C/C+ you play against the top players already. So anyone saying "I'm C/C+ max now" is probably better. Late in the season absolute ranks don't mean anything anymore, except separating player levels/activity. I won't point names here, but I think there's a few people that shouldn't play here. The only thing I might see working is using that custom ranking thingy to discern player levels, but it's hard if there's just a small amount of games/uncertainty. But whatever, it's your league, your rules, GLGL. Also lol at Munkiee beating LancerX 2-0 and getting 3 points away from C+, but being scared of playing here. :D | ||

Yeah those issues were completely seperate and very individual to that tour. The halt on the SRW was partially my fault and partially the competitors. But thats all over now. Skzlime and Lumix are being dropped from this tour. I'm sad less people have signed up so far. If more C-Ranks folks dont jump into the threshold I may have to open it up to D+ or B- players as well. | ||
