The idea of this is that the YSL would be the ind. tour for the CRTL ranks; however, a consistently B- player probably shouldn't sign up for this out of good conscience. All C level players should feel free to sign up for this as long as you truly feel you currently play at a C-Rank level. If I feel like you truly dont belong in the tourney, I will not add you to the list. If you played in last year's YSL and are still at C-Rank please sign up.
