Game 1: MVP Win Game 2: Telecom Win Game 3: Disconnect, Draw Game 4: MVP Win Telecom is upset and believes that the series is 2-2 because he wants to count DC as a win. Demands game five and harasses MVP into it. Game 5: Telecom Win Telecom wins 3-2 HOWEVER, the tournament format calls for a Bo3. The series concluded with MVP's game 4 win. I would have offered a rematch to both players, but since Telecom appears to think so little of myself, his opponent, foreign BW, and this tournament, I see no reason to do that. I protected him and others when they were being harassed earlier in this thread, and he has chosen to reward that with insults to me and this tour. Additionally, BOTH players should have contacted me about what to do after replay, especially if Telecom wanted to claim that he would have won the match in which there was a disconnect to avoid a rematch. Neither player is entirely in the right, but the way Telecom handled to decision was highly unacceptable. See my final verdict below. I feel like it is a fair decision.. The series is tied at 1-1, Telecom is Disqualified for excessive BM. MVP advances to the Ro8. Telecom: Has been suspended from YSL 2, but may sign up pending an apology to MVP for the excessive BM and threats. I toned this down a bit, and I think it's more than fair. | ||

I never BM'ed you, I was mad at the situation, I spoke to you in a very upset way when I PM"ed you but I am pretty sure that I wouldn't insult the moderator of the tournament that I am playing in, the fact that I BM'ed the shit out of MVP after he did all of this lying to you and to the community, yeah I did that, and I am sure that a lot of other people would of done the same when they figured out what happened, do you think all this happened the same day? No, all of the shit that MVP is showing you happened the next day after I figured out what he did, I never insulted shimmy or foreign BW, I said that in this situation, it is not good for Foreign BW scene. And the fact that I am the one in the wrong because I got mad at what someone did the day after, and also the situation was a little different, I was mad at the fact that I had the series won, he disced, I gave him a re, he had the series won, I said thats bullshit and HE AGREED, so we played another game to make it more fair, I won, he said GG, gl in rest of tournament, "I deserved the win more", ect ect., then he goes and lies to shimmy, tells him a different story, lies to the whole community, and I am the one in the wrong. Makes total sense if you ask me, actually it makes no sense and it just shows that no matter what, telecom will be given the harsher treatment just because, and also if I am getting DQ'ed for excessive BM, then you will honestly be amazed once you find out how BM MVP is lol.... I am pretty sure that I am right in the sense that this is unbelievably unprofessional the fact that this kid is allowed to lie to everyone here and even though I showed proof he is lying, no one is even taking that into consideration, and the fact that I am calling out TheShimmy's tournament moderating abilities in the PM's I sent , not BM'ing or being rude to him, doesn't mean that me or anyone else should get banned for questioning the protocol of the tournament. Especially when basically MVP is lying to everyone, and you saying that i'm being banned for the messages I sent to you when I didn't say anything BM to you, it was pretty clear that I was upset with what MVP did and not you, so basically you are lying to everyone as well when you are saying that I am being banned for PM's I sent to you and MVP, and his friend? ...Something that is being said to MVP's friend which has nothing to do with this at all, just proves to me, and it should prove to everyone else as well that you are clearly just taking his side because I am telecom and he isn't. Of course you wouldn't want to ruin your personal image in the BW foreign scene Shimmy, so instead of seeing this thing through justly, you automatically take sides with MVP without even going about this in a professional manner at all, hearing both sides of the story and making a decision afterwards..... I would play another BO3 vs him, but that won't happen. If it was anyone else in my shoes, i'm sure it would just be a rematch BO3, but since it is me people pull out pitch forks and don't even want to hear my side of the story, which is understandable, but TheShimmy's professionalism in handling this situation in my honest opinion was terrible. | ||

Jesus Telecom... If you'll apologize for threats and BM to MVP right here in this thread I'll ask for a Bo3 rematch. But so help me god if either or you BM, threaten, or do anything ungentlemanly in that rematch I will not take kindly of it. | ||

Not sure if this was a lie as well, but MVP said that the rules regarding disconnecting as he was told by Shimmy, was that " No matter what, if your opponent disconnects , it's a re game " and I was like " wtf dude? What if the person just purposely disconnects so he gets a re game? " and he responds with " Then it's an auto re match no matter what " , and it makes you wonder lol..... | ||
