One can only organize a tournament so well. The fact that Shimmy is doing this for nothing is pretty admirable in itself, and providing a prize pool that involves money. I'm pretty sure we can all organize a tournament fairly well on our own, so if the speed of the process doesn't suit you, you're always welcome to host your own league.

Maybe you should make skype or some online msging mandatory so you can get ahold of these people, if they don't reply after some time then give a WO, ensures that everything is running at an acceptable pace. I understand nobody ever really wants WO, but if it runs smoothly you can always hold another tournament immediately afterwards so they will get another chance.

It's time for me to be honest with myself...
Some recent events in my personal/professional life have made it impossible for me to put the time into organizing tours that they truly deserve. I took the initiative with this tour thinking I could, but I cannot.
I feel like such a waste for it too...
I'm really really sorry to you all. I hope somebody can take this idea and make C-Ranks tours, but I cannot be the one.
Mod, please ban me from TL. If you can, please give somebody who might volunteer control of this thread.
