lol, it is inevitable that no matter what, I am the bad guy and am given the penalties and harsh treatments always in the BW foreign scene, i'll admit I was wrong for being BM, but in all honesty you would have been BM as well if you had to deal with this little 16 year old MVP and all the immature shit he says.
I really don't care if i'm banned from this tournament, wish everyone the best of luck in the rest of it but anyways what really happened is that me and MVP were playing the BO3....
I lost the first game after a failed proxy 2gate cheese, 2nd game I won after a pretty long game, 3rd game I was winning 100% when he disconnected, right then and there I should of just not RE'd him and taken the 2-1 victory because when he disconnected I had the game won 100%, I was being nice and decided to re him which I shouldn't have because I was already mad at how this little kid acts.
I re him and he wins and I was angry as hell since I originally had the game won 2-1 before he disconnected, he totally agree'd that it was bullshit and here is proof with our skype logs to prove to you all that i'm not lying....

So then we both agreed to another game to make it even, I won the last game he says " gg , gl in the rest of ysl " ect., making it 3-2 or 4-2 if you include the disconnect in which I was going to win anyways....and then he F removes me on skype, and goes to shimmy and tells him a different story, and when I try to talk to him on Fish about it he pretends hes korean, and then goes into op Ever- clan to try and make the clan members mad at me lol....Would you be upset? Ok then. Then last night the kid calls me on skype and talks shit / BM's and acts immature for 30-40 minutes, I just laugh it up and tell him how I felt and explained to him my side of the story, while he continues to talk shit nonstop and say the most ridiculous BM and rude things, meanwhile I am the bad guy as usual.
I just wished him the best of luck in his future games and I wish the tournament the best of luck as well in the future, glad I was able to participate in it. Thanks

Well hard to say, both Telecom and MVP act sometimes like immature (without any offence, i just see this whole time on forum and/or game server), so most probably they are both guilty this situation.

Let's see all the replays, if they had some verbal agreement in the games then you can decide from that, not from heresay through skype messages (which can be edited)

me and telecom played game 1 and 2 and he won one i won the other. game 3 i disconnected because the people who sublet in my basement always fiddle around with the fuse box, telecom agreed to a rematch, once i won the re, he started cussing me out over skype and on sc. when you edit a skype message it leaves a mark on the left indicating it was edited
also i took about 6-7 screenshots of him just rlentlessly bming me on fish he kept annoying me to play another game but, i sent shimmy a pm saying that we completed bo3 and i mentioned that i disconnected and we re'd and whether i get the point or telecom wins through that first d/c

But I personally think the "punishment" is overly-aggressive, because there are some known unknowns, but there are also some unknown unknowns (things that we don't know that we don't know), like what if, hypothetically, Telecom is correct in his version of the story that MVP told a different story to TheShimmy after their matches? Telecom was punished for the messages he sent to MVP, myself, and a friend of MVP. Not for his play or the dc situation.
I will post them if he would prefer.

Does it matter now? Ro8 starts in following week, not current. Much more important are ro32 scores, cause players need to schedule time to play.

WOW.......dude are you really going to sit here and lie to everyone on these forums? I didn't edit the skype logs at all and there is like 2 other people ( KeT / ScaryZerg (Roscoe ) ) who i'm sure would vouch for me ....and yes you did come into op ever- channel pretending to be korean saying I was the badmanner one and all this stupid stuff. I was BM because of the situation at hand, and how YOU went about it. I am not lying about anything I said and MVP is literally saying lie after lie in this thread and to shimmy, I'm being given penalty for the PM's I sent to MVP? lol... And then you can say well I agreed to a rematch, yeah I did. And then after I lost that rematch, I discussed MVP about how much bullshit it was that I had the whole series won and he disconnected, then the outcome was totally switched due to the rematch, I then asked for another game to make it fair and he agreed, he lost and then F removed me from skype, told shimmy what happened (TO AN EXTENT), avoided me on fish when I tried to talk to him and pretended to be korean, and he is now in here lying to everyone in BW foreign scene and just making me look even more bad then I already do, which isn't hard to do when everyone here already hates me.
What is done is done, I don't really care if I am not allowed to play in this tournament till season 3, and I am def. not going to write an apology because I am not wrong in this situation, for once.
