I don't see the walkover recorded on liquipedia, and it would be somewhat surprising that you would report a walkover and then whomever updated the liquipedia didn't add in that walkover, even though they added all the other walkovers. Have you any proof that the email you sent to the drits5@yahoo.com email address included the walkover claim along with the other 4 replays?

AA pm' s your guy for playing the game, ninini says "naw i prefer to focus on next week" . So you are actually legit about AA taking a W.O. in a "shady manner" ?!?
If your player didn' t want to play the game for lack of will (wich is completly fine) thats your teams responsability. (if it where for lack of time its maybe another buisness), but as it stands, its no one' s else, not Lmasters, not Despa' s. Its entirily your fault and now you come out saying "he should accept to play the game".

AA's email looks legit, whomever has the email access can double check but it looks like he claimed walkover, if L_Master and ACE didn't contest it at the time then I'd say he's correct and wins the walkover.

The issue isn't whether or not the w/o was reported. The issue is at one point in time, L_master said the game would not be counted in the standings and nobody contested it. I don't know what he thought when AA reported a w/o (not even L_master himself remembers the situation) but the fact is a lot of people were under the impression the game would not be counted because he did make that official decision. As I said before, this is a result of lack of communication as if I saw my w/o was not going to be counted, I would contest it rather than thinking "well I sent in the results of my w/o, so it'll be fine."
If L_master chooses it to be a w/o, that's his decision to make. However, the reason for contention here is not whether AA is lying or not (I do not believe he has lied at any point either) but that it was said the game would not be counted and nobody contested it until now when it actually matters.

My read on this is basically "I don't really care what happens; whether it's walkover, null set, etc.". It's not quite a blessing of "go forth and take a walkover, my son" but it does read as "do whatever you want AA".
More importantly, during the course of the league I also said this:

Given that AA never indicated he was okay with just not playing the match and having a null set, it seems to me that both players did not agree to not play. AA wanted game or walkover, and as I expressly stated both players had to agree for it to be a null set, and see no indications of AA agreeing to this, my decision is that AA/DeSPA gets the walkover over Ninini.
