its just that most of our players are a little older and they cant always manage to show up.. yes we have a big lineup but that doesnt help unfortunately ;( but I think we are doing a good job showing up and if not, rescheduling games. The only wo was between ali.g and arb.. but that wont happen again

+ Show Spoiler +Well, technically, there's been 3 walkovers, since Pumpkin[KDV] and Ali.G didn't show up on Week 2... We were just nice enough to accept subs, even if they were against completely different players, with one having a track record of reaching C- and one being a totally different race than what our player had originally practiced for.
It's cool if you have a large team and you can't have everyone from your team show up every week, but if you couldn't field at least 5 players a week, then you should've thought twice about becoming a team for DRTL... >.>

We had no problems playing vs NW, and actually NW players were very friendly and good manners, with ali.g and arb being the only issue.
Please avoid accusations and somehow offensive posts towards teams.

Yes, but not being able to play one game is more than enough, and with NW vs TAKK, there were 2 cases of such instance.
It's hardly offensive, if you're doing everything on purpose, and knowing Sinedd a bit, I doubt he's doing it on purpose. It's just a simple observation in that some of his players that are in the lineup don't show at all.

ali.g had some family issues afaik and pumpkin messed up saturday with sunday.. so I couldnt do anything about it..
but I dont think its gonna happen again, everyone is gonna show up on time and stuff

I think the league has been pretty lax about enforcing the rules, and I think in the future the following rules should be enforced way harder:
Winning team sends replays to drits5@yahoo.com following the matches.
Winning team's captain must PM me the result of their match.
Games may be postponed between players IF the postponement is scheduled at least 12 hours ahead of the match time and both captain were notified.
Alternatively I'd suggest instead of winning team having to send the replays, the sets won by each team should be submitted by that team.
So if for example Sb. vs TAKK plays and it would be 3-2
if Sb. only submits one winning replay and TAKK submits both of theirs, the score will be 1-2 in their favour. This will motivate teams to get fucking organized with replay submission, if teams want to actually have scores reflect their performance.
Similarly I think each team should be given 2 emergency PPs for the season which can be used on the day, but otherwise there should be no substitution or PPs on the day. Walkovers should be handed out within an hour of match-time commencing.
Everyone saying oh its all just fun and games, of course it is when you actually are having fun and getting your games. However the people who are WASTING other people's time should be punished for that, time is after all valuable, especially when it's people's free time.

I sent in all replays now from W1 NW vs Ace, except for L1ghtning vs MoreAndMore. If someone has it, you can send it in or give it to lmaster.

Just want to point out that you then need to implement a deadline for replay submission, which if I recall correctly doesn't exist at the moment. And with postponed matches sometimes taking as long as a week after the ordinary match time, any deadline is going to be problematic. Because of the way the league works there's nothing inherently wrong with having a week late game, except for the difficulty of having that set cast, and having scores posted. The outcome of the match doesn't change when the match is played late.

Also I should point out that mSj never notified me that their players would not show up so technically we should have been given a walkover immediately instead of several days later; I dislike taking walkovers so I'm almost never going to ask for this rule to be enforced but if it's there it should be enforced.

Nagisama isn't an administrator of the league; as far as I know L_Master is the main admin and CobaltBlu and I are both helping out if needed, with Nagisama handling a lot of the replay stuff and liquipedia results. Unless L_Master says he's an admin and that his rule of replay deadline submission is binding I have no reason to believe it is anything more than Nagisama's wishes.
