Hate to do this Sinedd but I need to bring it up.
Your player Maciej has me more than a little suspicious about whether he is a good fit for this league. First there is his record of 33-25 in Bombastic ladder. Not the end of the world as I assume it was in-house ladder, and I don't know the average skill.
Then looking at this season he is 7-3. His losses are a disconnect to a D- player, a loss to an A- player, and a loss to a 42-5 C player from last season. He has yet to drop a set to someone worse than C, and half or more of his wins are against previous season C's.
I'm not banning him outright, as it's a very small sample size; but I am not sure as to whether this league is an ideal fit for him.

Almost all the team members of Phoenix are too busy to show up for practice, our capitan is currently in other city doing stuff, and he rarely answers on skype. We still havent gathered to make a lineup for tomorow, we have 2 players and not sure at all we will have another 3 for tomorow.
Lmaster please sign me out of the tournament if penalty goes to 2:0.

If this happens, wouldn't it be better to redistribute the players to other teams, and continue with an 8 team league? I was going to say that then Sun Khan can play the team receiving a BYE, but unfortunately we already did =_=; We could set up a friendly re-match maybe xD
Also, if you guys only have 2-3 people show up, I'm sure Sun Khan would be more than glad to let you sub yourselves in for the missing sets, so that we get over this hurdle with no W/O and no disbanded teams (also, if L_Master allows this). It sounds like the problems you've listed might be temporary, so you shouldn't give up hope yet.
@RedAxis: Banned users can still read the website, look through their post history and subscribed threads, etc. ^^

I don't think signing out of the tournament right away would be the ideal choice... Try sticking for one more week, this might happen among a team based solely upon free agents.
If this DOES happen again, you don't have to be removed completely from the tournament, I'm sure a team would oblige and take you in, giving you some actual chances to play.
In the meantime, submit whatever lineup you have, because submitting lineups even with names that won't show up would be better than no lineup at all.

Regardless of whats done this week with Phoenix, it is a really bad thing if the team is already in this state in Week 2. If their captain can't be expected to do his job, he needs to be replaced, or something needs to be done with the team. I think it would be problematic to try and redo the schedule at this point, since its already gotten started, but I'm not sure what could be done about that.

Well i dont know about redistributing players to other teams, Proforward is the captain so he should answer that question.
Currently we have 3 confirmed spots for tomorow, i have PMed them to LMaster.
Im ok for subs if allowed, but still for me the future organisation of the team looks very unclear, 5 out of 9 members have joined to our group in skype, perhaps Proforward has some way of connection with others idk.

He started off with 3, including himself, then recruited two from the free agent pool pre-draft, and the rest were drafted.

I joined the team after invitation from Proforward, dont really know how many players were drafted. I guess 4 or more.

Great to hear that you have at least 3. Just want to say once again that we'll allow two of your players to play twice if necessary (if there are no-shows or no subs available).

Yes. It was technically late, but only by about 2 hours and you may have been asleep or unavailable when I posted in thread. I'll give a pass on the penalty this time around. For the future though it needs to be in by 05:59 GMT (+00:00) or there will be a penalty.
