He had some marauders in there too he just didn't have enough ghosts or vikings to deal with the protoss composition.

these lopsided battles are kinda boring
I won't defend SC2 PvP, because I hate it, but it was lopsided because Kal made a terrible engagement. A lot of the onesided battles in PL are due to one player fighting a battle when he really shouldn't.

But back in 2010 and 2011, even GSL and GSTL had pretty boring matches. I didn't like SC2 at all back then. The situation mostly changed in early 2012 and matches gradually became pretty engaging.
The OSL of the non-kespa dual tournament was extremely intense last week, but of course, they are played by GSL players..

While it's true that SPL matches are a few notches below GSL matches, lategame PvP has never been good. I'm hoping for a revolution in the GSL finals, but I'm not hold my breath.

Lol Late game PvP is a snooze fest where you mass up colossus and either players are too scared to engage at the middle or anywhere on the map except their own fucking base. Then you start seeing the mothership being added and sometimes they might do a carrier switch. I dont know but its really fucking retarded.
