2) Users and the community are the one who have the right to tell if they like a service or not since they are the one who use it, even if it is positive or negative. This is what separates PGT from WGT...recently when I was talking to an admin from WGT in private (one I shall not mention) he referred to the people that complained as stupid. PGT recognized they must make their customers (players) happy to the best of their abilities. Truely goes to show why PGT > WGT. | ||

Most people speak to one admin, and then they judge the entire admin team based on that one admin. I hate it when people do that. WGTour has been around for 12 seasons, (I unno how many years that is), which means we've had more admins come and go for along time. Each and every one of those admins have made mistakes as admins and have made people unhappy. And from my experiance, when people are unhappy, they don't forget it for a while. That's actually in human nature. We are greatful when someone does something great for us, but we soon forget about it. But when someone does something bad or horrible, we remember that for years. This means, since WGTour has been around longer, WGTour admins have a longer reputation. And no matter how helpful some of them may have been, those helpful admins are soon forgotten and the bad admins are remembered, and people assume when 1 admin is bad, the entire team is bad. But back to my main point, just because ONE ADMIN has not made you the happiest man in the world, DO NOT group he/she to the rest of us. | ||
