I...just dont understand the ace match. Best is literally only good in PVT [hes sub 50 in both others since his osl run] and even then he slumped heavily not a month ago. Hes demonstrably inferior to Bisu in every facet of the game. Why in the hell would you send him? WHY?

Apparently Violet is very energetic and helpful in practice with builds, but obviously too sick still to return to rigorous progaming schedules. Atleast that's the gist I got in the post game interview (courtesy of Milkis!)

If it doesn't work, you're going to be second guessing yourself for a long time, and you risk alienating your best player even if it does work.
Might have worked 2 weeks ago (or not even been necessary), but the typhoon seriously killed the 1st seed advantage for SKT. Zergs dropped the ball too... sigh.

Yeah, I mean I'd love for Flash to win another triple osl/msl/PL crown but MSL seems like it's gonna take too long for him to prolong his surgery. If he waited till after MSL then it'd almost be time for SPL all over again and he'd be endangering his team. Priorities, surgery now and 10 MSLs later. :D

There really is no point in delaying his surgery any longer. But I also hope that there is still an MSL for Flash to return to next year.

They did a live translation of the postgame interview in the IRC, I think there's a transcript in the thread somewhere about it -- the commentators asked a question about Violet and they gave the "Energetic, but still too sick" answer.

It is undeniable that bisu may be the better choice for ace, but i do think flash would've won anyway..... then people will start complaining for not sending best out instead.... =.= Best did bought flash into a macro game as he wanted to.... we all rmbr how did the last macro game between best and flash turned out.... the waves of zealots still frightens me..... but bisu vs flash according to historical records, LOL But of coarse, bisu's pvt has been phenomenal throughout the season. We dont know who would've won but still, flash would still have the upper hand....

Does it? MST already finished, I'd imagine the MSL proper would start soon.
edit: In previous post seasons this was true, but MyOSL kind of distorted the scheduling synchronicity that MSL and OSL had, so they no longer both end right around the end of proleague like they used to.
